Alhumdulilah, this was such an easy way to do our qurbani, especially as we weren’t able to slaughter ourselves this year. It was so nice to have the meat cut and packaged so perfectly. It made it so easy to distribute. And it was frozen so solid I transferred it to a cooler and it stayed frozen overnight and while we distributed it. (Which was also a blessing as freezer space is at a premium!) I am very grateful! JAK for this service!

Extremely high quality! Perhaps you can include an insert on how to cook on the grill or on a cast iron pan. Also, perhaps a quick guide on how much "red" in the meat is Rare vs Medium Rare vs Medium vs. Medium Well vs. Well Done.

Overall, I am happy with my turkey. Being my first year eating Halal but wanting to have a traditional meal with other family members, while challenging eating with them, this made it much easier. Shipping and packaging are so good.quality is good.But I wasn't happy about chicken pieces were so small .I suggest to make 8 pieces only instead of 12.Also I suggest that you put absorbent pad inside chicken or meat and you can simply add additional cost for customers.Thank you

The 3rd time ordering and the meat was still nice and fresh as usual. I usually order in the middle of the night on Sunday it gets here in 1 to 2 days. I order grass fed grass finished and you can tell, the difference. Got some good beef liver, and a juicy tender brisket. I will post pictures next time because I regularly by their products

I was shocked at how good the brisket point was. We just put the vacuum sealed bag in sous vide to reheat. It was a bit annoying to peel off the label sticker first, but not that big a deal. Everything was tender, the fat was rendered nicely, and the bark had excellent flavor.

I loved the notification process, so I knew when the turkey would arrive in Florida. It was frozen when I got it and once it thawed it looked and smelled fine. I thawed it in the fridge. It had very little fat which I liked. It was delicious and my mum was so happy to be able to have turkey. My only regret is that I wished I had gotten a bigger turkey. I would definitely order again and praise be to God for all the hands that made this possible.
