Fantastic winch mount ! You will not find one built better. Yes you will wait 60 days for manufacturing and delivery but it is well worth it. Also for my winch I just removed 1/2 of the vent circled in red which gives me access to the clutch lever and the plug in cover. When my alignment shop put my GX up on the rack the shop owner called over his 3 other mechanics and said - “now that is a hidden winch mount, look at the welds, plate thickness, and support points. Best one I’ve ever seen !!” ...

I have not gone on the trail or needed to use it on the trail yet, but at some point I definitely will, and I am glad that I have it. 1- It fits my needs. 2- For the trail, it is a good choice and one of the more necessary upgrades for a stock Jeep Grand Cherokee, (Laredo), WJ because, for me, it is much more affordable in comparison to a heavy-duty bumper/winch-mount, combo. etc. and it weighs a lot less, particularly being able to use it for a removable winch that can be stored in the garage...

Great product. Super strong, high quality welds. Any time I had questions about the order Bash would reply in less than an hour via email. I even requested a modification to the carrier so the tire would sit flush with the roof since I need to park the Jeep under a carport that I do not own and cannot modify. Since the tire is lower it has more leverage on the struts but they still hold the liftgate open easily. With the lower tire mount, the license plate was blocked but this was easily solved ...

Worth the wait!!! The craftsmanship and quality of the mount is fantastic. Very little modification was needed for a positive fit. Future buyers need to be aware of the plastic work needed for the Limited bumper. Patience and very small cuts will get the results the buyer is wanting. I ordered these as my first major upgrade to my WJ requiring cutting for the sole purpose of superior underbody protection and they did not disappoint. I only have a 2” spacer lift and front sway bar disconnects with 31” tires. Once again Bash and the HK team killed it with another awesome product. This thing is built incredibly well. I have the glissade sliders on my jeep as well. All things considered, the install was not as challenging as I anticipated it being. The directions on the HK website more or less cover it all. When mounting the hidden winch via sandwich plates in the frame rails, you will have to drill out the farthest back bolt for mounting, which is something I did not find to be as clear/in order in the instructions. Excellent winch mount. It appears sturdy and the welds are good quality. it mounted pretty easily (a little bit of boring with a tungsten carbide tool was needed, but it was minor), and it looks great. There are also no holes on the winch mount to faster the bumper/OEM plastic under-guard, but you can just ziptie the two together. My Zeak 13000 winch and 3/4 shackles fit without issue. Making the cuts to fit the mount through the bumper can be tricky, but if you take your time it is not that har...
