Decent winch mount, but horrible customer service.

We were kept up-to-date on delivery times. I did email once asking about delivery and received a prompt answer which I greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Bash was quick to respond to text messages. I love that I was able to buy a locally made product (not from China).

Good fab work takes time so be ready for some long lead times on parts, but the end product is well worth the wait. Pricing is fair, instructions are solid, and post sale support is excellent. We have already made a second order and it won't be our last.

I would highly recommend any of their products!

I suggest you pay a professional shop to cut out all the parts for you, use some anti spatter spray when welding, and give them a quick sand blast afterwards. Spray them with some anti corrosion coating and pack them in a plastic bag. You could produce them better, faster and get good reviews. A two month lead time is ridiculous for something I could build in my garage in a day.

Shopping was great, Bash answered all my questions about the mounting to vehicle and being able to tow from the recovery tabs built into the winch mount. I am very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the winch mount.

Told Bash I had a deadline to meet and he came throw. No questions asked and no fuss about it. Even got my firepit a couple of days early

Owner was ill didn’t receive my product for a couple of weeks. It wasn’t until I contacted him that I was given information regarding his illness. Perhaps he should’ve had someone available to disseminate that information. However, he did manage to get them to me as soon as he was back in service
