I have posted a review on Jeep Forum which is very complimentary, owing to the fact that the product is exceptionally made and fit very well. Installation was held up only a day because of powder coating, my choice, and because I had follow up questions of Bash. Once he straightened me out, BAM, it was complete. Thank you very much Bash, and HK Offroad. A very, very satisfied customer.

It’s built very well the welds are nice and clean . I haven’t had a chance to drive my Jeep since the install but love all the space I have gained. The instructions are detailed and the hardware Is all included. Great product And very well designed.

Best thing since slice bread. Bash is true to his word and helps every way he can to do things right. Welds are superb and tougher than nail system. 35 inch tires on 18s and hatch opens without any trouble. Everyone like to gather around just to see the lift gate go up.

All things considered, the install was not as challenging as I anticipated it being. The directions on the HK website more or less cover it all. When mounting the hidden winch via sandwich plates in the frame rails, you will have to drill out the farthest back bolt for mounting, which is something I did not find to be as clear/in order in the instructions. Great product! Winch mount is well designed and constructed. Overall fit was excellent. I did have to enlarge the bolt holes for the radiator mounts. It would be nice if it included a template for the grill cutouts, but it is doable without. I reused my factory front license plate holder by trimming it and mounting the plate with small spacers. Very happy with the stealthy install. This winch mount was worth the wait!

I got my kit and I am absolutely no expert on welding, but a friend of mine who does a lot of welding was extremely impressed by the quality of these parts. The fit and finish was excellent. I couldn’t ask for a better look for my Jeep. Would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent workmanship! Bash does it again. Fast shipping too. Instruction link was dead but I was able to see what needed to be done. Even trimmed the rocker plastic and reinstalled that. Install was straight forward. Hardest part was doing the cutting, make sure ya measure twice cut once on the bumper cover. Have gotten several compliments about how clean the installed winch looks. Would highly recommend.

Everything went as planned and described. Very happy with the fitment. Bash does quality work and is very helpful with any questions. An unknown surprise was due to the shape of the 2005 bumper. The shackle tangs are right in the angled part of the bumper so I had to push in on the bumper when mounting the shackles to the tangs. With 100’ of synthetic rope on the Warn winch I had to bend the core support rod tabs quite a bit in order for the wound rope to have clearance on a full drum.

I was able to pick up my bumper in person and after fitting it on my jeep, I took it off for powder coating. It came out fantastic. The bumper is a tight fit with the AC condenser but tucks behind my stock bumper easily with some cutting to clear the radiator support and an opening for the winch. I've already used the winch and recovery points and I never had any concern that they would fail. This bumper is well built and much better quality than the aftermarket bumper I had previously.

Thought I would share a picture with the winch mounted. Receiver is extremely well made and durable. I daily drive the Jeep with the winch removed and install it for trail use. The receiver is high in front and hasn’t compromised approach angle on the trail. I have used the recovery tabs and receiver multiple times and it shows no wear or tear at all after a year of use.

This is an incredible product. The Sandwich Plates make it very easy to install. The hardest part of the installation was removing the old Roadmaster Towbar bracket from the previous owner. I love how solid it feels! Thank you for selling this as bare metal. I chose a "Heavy Silver" powder coat finish which allows the tow bar to stand out.

Worth the wait!!! The craftsmanship and quality of the mount is fantastic. Very little modification was needed for a positive fit. Future buyers need to be aware of the plastic work needed for the Limited bumper. Patience and very small cuts will get the results the buyer is wanting. Great product. Super strong, high quality welds. Any time I had questions about the order Bash would reply in less than an hour via email. I even requested a modification to the carrier so the tire would sit flush with the roof since I need to park the Jeep under a carport that I do not own and cannot modify. Since the tire is lower it has more leverage on the struts but they still hold the liftgate open easily. With the lower tire mount, the license plate was blocked but this was easily solved ...

Bash, I was hesitant to take the sawzall to the front of a perfectly good Jeep, but after a few measurements and a little patience, it went together like a glove. The hardest part was notching the plastic bumper cover. Fairly straightforward installation. I struggled with both back factory holes. I was not able to use the supplied bolts as the holes did not quite line up so used some smaller bolts that i had around. Not sure if it was the frame tweaked or the hitch itself. Works awesome and met all my expectations. Highly recommend.

Another quality part from Bash at HK. Install went easy, just take your time drilling. Used double sided tape as a gasket and RTV to seal the rivnuts and holes from OEM rack. Super confident that these will be plenty strong enough to hold my large RTT.

Excellent winch mount. It appears sturdy and the welds are good quality. it mounted pretty easily (a little bit of boring with a tungsten carbide tool was needed, but it was minor), and it looks great. There are also no holes on the winch mount to faster the bumper/OEM plastic under-guard, but you can just ziptie the two together. My Zeak 13000 winch and 3/4 shackles fit without issue. Making the cuts to fit the mount through the bumper can be tricky, but if you take your time it is not that har...
