So far so good deliverd several days before it stated

I purchased my scooter July 16, 2025 and now it won’t even turn on, going back and forth with a technician. It’s January 7,2026 I was told to send it back to their facility to be worked on. Plus I only get 1 year warranty, very disappointed..

I'm not able to use my cheer at all. Everything is uncomfortable to heavy hard for me to use by myself. I've been trying to reach out to you to see if you all would change it in for something else. But I don't know what else to do. Um, it's just sitting there collecting dust. If you can help me, I greatly appreciate it. Cause I'm paid for it and it's just sitting and I can't use it.

Very efficient and compact able to get into tight spaces love it

It is way too heavy and difficult to unfold. I could not get it out of the box because it was too heavy. I had to have a neighbor lift it. The unfolding and folding is VERY DIFFICULT. I have watched the video at least seven times and still cannot do it without watching the video and pausing it. I am leaving on a trip to Japan in a week and am very worried I won't be able to operate it by then.

Very happy with the storage space! Safer than hanging a bag behind the chair.

Great product!

My credit card refused to make the payment because they thought it was a scam. I paid it again before due date. It was not my fault so I don't know why I was "punished." It also appears that I was charge the fee again on the same occurrence when I got my payoff balance--which I paid off early.

Need a better way to connect it in front. Ties are so so and the other straps just hand down. Probably works better in the back but I didn't use it that way, nor do I want it in the back. Not safe

My attorney still makes a lot of noice compared to same item scooters. It also shacks at all speeds. Must of been made on a Friday. The technician did try to fix my complaint but it didn’t work out.
