The Attos sport scooter gives me more independence whether I’m traveling or just hanging out with friends.

However, the Shabbat buttons did not always work as they should have. Part of the problem was that when I would change into reverse it would not go back to forward. I needed to push and then wait then push and then wait 2 or 3 times.

Nice people. Front wheel needs work.

We were told how it goes together, then when we got the scooter it was very difficult to put together. We called *I believe was John never answered, let message. We got the scooter over a month ago and he has to return the call. For amount you pay, they should have the curiosity to call and help with assembly.

The Atto Mobility Scooter is easy for my elderly mother to use and take it everywhere.

At first I had trouble understanding how to unfold the scooter. But I had tremendous support from technical support. They even sent pictures by text. Above and beyond. I'm all set now.

Joshua came by spent about a half hour explaining the machine and next 15 minutes we bought the machine . Painless painless.

Your sales people act like the customers should know the answer to the question asked ,,,then when you ask a question about the product your asking about,,they don't seem very knowledgeable about stuff it's frustrating when the agent is asking you questions about the product ,when they should know the answer

Shipping was fine once I got to speak to the correct person who finally talked to me.

Again one day the scooter stopped on me in the mall and have not worked since Two and a half months ago
