Paid $3,999 for the scooter and it did not come with the battery charger or manual. Took over a week of my three children reaching out to customer service to get a response. When the charger was received, it was for another country and would not work. So disappointed since SO MUCH MONEY was spent.

My unit keeps turning itself on. All they can say is LED lights might do it, this is nuts. I sat on the scooter and it turned on, I turned it off, it kept doing this about 5 times before I removed the battery, Is anyone else having this problem? I like the scooter, bot having to remove the battery, is a pain.

No suspenssion, very hard ride, chair very unconfortable, not much grip on tires.
Beautiful design, but not practical, and if you need repairs of parts, they cost more than for your Lexus.
Try it before buying, I bet you will not like it, but also try other brands at a large wheelchair dealer so you can compare.
