These shorts are awesome. Beware! They are sized far too small. I wear a large in shorts with a 36" waist. I bought the larges, and they were smaller than some of my underwear. Skin tight with virtually no legs. Luckily, Young LA has EXCELLENT customer service. They facilitated my return in a easy and efficient process. I exchanged the shorts for the XXL's and they're awesome. Vid attached shows me squatting 490 w ease wearing these shorts

i really like the oversized look but on the joggers i would size down because they do run a little long. the sweatshirts have this cropped baggy style that i really love. quality is great and looks amazing for the gym and day to day wear. 10/10 my favorite brand and would love to be sponsored by them in the future

I was honestly pleasantly surprised with the quality of the garment. I’ve been searching for an alternative to Adidas apparel for years now especially since they don’t seem to specifically cater to weight lifters any longer. Fairly priced and definitely a quality product, highly recommend this brand. I picked up a couple pairs of sweatpants too and was equally impressed.

They are really comfortable I wear them so much it’s not even funny. If you’re not into bright colors I wouldn’t get them but they are really comfy and the patterns are really cool. I’d recommend matching with a white or dark beater and a heavy sneaker like air forces. Worth it!

this compression shirt is perfect! the sleeves are a little short on me but i don’t mind because it shows the arms really well. it’s super super flattering and i think even on someone a bit wider/bigger than me there’s still room for the fabric to stretch. i’m pretty wide, my shoulders are about 44 inches and it fits me perfectly.
