I’m about 5’11” 180 lbs. According to the size chart, Large was recommended. I chose to go with Medium because I like my shorts to fit a little tighter and shorter and the Mediums fit perfect for me. I do think a Large would have fit just fine as well, so I think these shorts are pretty much true to size, it just depends how you like your shorts to fit.

First time buying from YLA after seeing so many anime collabs they had on IG. I got the AOT pants and Yugi-Oh one. They both feel premium quality but I love the AOT design a lot. Feels baggy enough and I think I can downsize and still would fit well. Definitely motivated me to workout and hopefully I can become one of the YLA Fam in the future.

I love the waistband in these shorts!! They do not slip down at all, and it does not feel too tight. The slight booty scrunch stretches out perfectly and does not show. Gives the perfect amount of definition. I am 5’-7” and weigh 160. I am wearing the XL so they are not too tight on thigh.

Loving my new shirts! The men’s shirts work great for women/everyone too! I lift weights in the Retro Ringer shirt, and then wear the 466 Tailored T and 401 Essential Jacked T out and about. I’d pay attention to the fit style listed. I’m a small in a men’s relaxed fit, but a medium in a fitted style. The shirts are so soft and comfortable. I’m glad I took a chance on these and love having a new style!

this compression shirt is perfect! the sleeves are a little short on me but i don’t mind because it shows the arms really well. it’s super super flattering and i think even on someone a bit wider/bigger than me there’s still room for the fabric to stretch. i’m pretty wide, my shoulders are about 44 inches and it fits me perfectly.

These are amazing joggers!! I’m 5”4, around 135 pounds and these fit amazing👌🏾 they are the perfect length and don’t even get the started on the pockets. This shirt is by far one of my favorite shirts, it breaths amazing and fits so comfortably. True to size - for reference I’m 5’2 123lbs. You can wear it normal or fold at the top and it makes a fun pump cover and then u can easily pull it back down when you get the workout chills:-)
