One suggestion for international orders to Mexico: it would be really helpful to let customers know during checkout or after purchase that UPS may require additional importer information, such as an RFC, for customs clearance. I received the request by SMS and initially thought it might be a scam, so I had to contact UPS directly to verify it.
A simple heads-up would make
