Worst costumer service. Ordered something online for Black Friday waited a long time for it to be delivered. Which was expected during holidays. Then gets here and it does not fit to the true size they said it would be so i exchanged immediately and sent back the product day of. It took 6 days to get back to you and then it sat in your holding or something for over two weeks until i had to reach out to you guys to get an update. You didn’t even honor the sale or anything. Smh

The stringer is good but i dont think it is appropriate for such a big brand to be spamming a review email every single day after receiving the product. I haven’t seen any company take it to this extent and to receive so many emails begging me to review the product every single day is just not acceptable from such a known popular brand. It is begging and pressuring to be asking for a review every single day especially weeks after ordering the product. Get it together. Or atleast offer some sort of discount for reviewing.
