I ordered two 90’ 5/8” hose reels. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until after it was installed that the hose is only 78 feet long. That’s a huge difference if you’re contemplating which length to buy. Giraffe Tools tried to tell me the sticker on the box says 90’ so it must be 90’, regardless of the fact my tape measure shows it’s 78’.
This is my second review so they clearly only post positive reviews except for a couple negative ones. Talk about manipulation.

The hose is well made; however, pay attention to walker model you have. I purchased the Plus model but the hose is only compatible with the Plus+ model (didn’t recognize the difference). With that said, my unit was still under warranty when I contacted customer service and the are sending me the up graded model (I paid the $30 difference). Support has been great so far.

I purchased this thru Home Depot less than a year ago. It sat in my barn until early this year when I decided to mount it the hardware that came with it pulled loose while pulling the cord out. Im a little disappointed in this unit.
The G20 i had before at 2500psi actually had more pressure than this plus washer at 2900psi.
You woukd think the 2900 psi would have more, but thats a negative!!
