It is a good product, easy to use, craftsmanship. However, the retractable mechanism quite often fail, requiring you to expand and try again a few times until complete retracted. A bit frustrating - but no big deal as you should use it a few times a year.

Overall very well done. Soft hose coils a bit too much when under pressure and you have more than 2o feet or so unwound. Maybe add a more swivel connection to the wand... or maybe that's available will call to find out

This is my second one, my first one lasted approximately 2years, when it quit working I took it apart to see the problem. It broke a plastic motor bracket that let the motor move and stripped the gears. After reading reviews I decided to just by another washer instead of trying to get parts. The hose and reel were easy to install. But first we installed a post to hang the hose reel. I really like how easy it is to retract the hose. The hose did kink while in use and in that way it is like any other hose on the market. The ease of retraction is the best feature.
