This is the best waist trainer I have found so far! It helps with my posture, making sure I am not slouching. I have a size 24 in waist, am 5'3'', and weigh 120lbs. I got the XS. I first tried putting it on in the evening when I got it and could not get it on. I tried again in the morning when my stomach was empty and it went on fine. I highly recommend!

Still a little snug at size 2XL (which I have never had for any garment before). Big compliments on date night! curvy shape accomplished. Love that there are 3 rows of eyelets for adjustments. Recommend some vanity sizing so I don't feel so XXL.

I need a 1X as the XL is more a 30 inch waist and. Mine has spread to 40 or 45! I will. Keep the XL and put in another for the 1X! Thanks for all you do and i think your product is right on the money and i will wear it to Pilates and Yoga and Jazz Dance!! Hope the 1X fits it will be awesome!

Order 4/8 received today 4/15. I ordered the Large size tho my waist and everything kept saying I measured 39 cm. fits well, not tight at all, but I think I chose well going with a Large size. It feels like the typical waist band you were to workout, I don't think is meant to waist train but rather for exercises and sweating. The back roll is mostly covered. the front kind of rolls a bit, like gets folded. Overall happy will keep product.

Omg. I love this shaper.. I got a small and it’s super tight fitted and holds me in so much. I wish I found out about this shaper a long time ago. It’s very comfy and snatches my waist. I work out a lot but can never shrink my waist. I LOVE this thing! I wear it when I’m in the gym and It helps me sweat more. Also wear it under my clothes and you can’t tell at all. It makes me look so skinny! Can’t wait to see what my wait looks like after wearing it a few more weeks.

I use it when i work out and it helps! On days I don't work out, I'll wear it around the house for several hours so my body remains used to it. I used to wear one about 10 or more years ago and stopped when my trainer ripped and the boning started poking me. I just never replaced it but I'm glad I've started wearing it again.

I love it! Excellent quality! It fits well. I wear size 30" or a 10 to 12 in pants. I bought a large. I started with the farthest clasps and am already starting at the middle clasps in only a few weeks. My size 12 pants are already almost too loose. I definitely recommend this product!

I really like it! My only complaint is that I followed the size chart and it’s a little too big, so I will have to order another size down. When I got it I was able to put it on the third row which is the tightest it will go and I could still fit my hand down the inside, so it isn’t tight enough but the quality is amazing and I know if I get the next size down it will be perfect.

I bought a L and it was too tight. I returned it for an XL and it was perfect. I get an occasional back pain from working as a nurse but this supports my back so nicely that I can work my 12 hour shift without feeling an back pain. It keeps my posture aligned. The corset is beautiful and well made. Fitting it to my body has been problematic. It really takes two people. First you must undo the laces and replace with stronger long, black shoe laces. Second, you put it on with it zipped up. Then get the second person to lace it to fit you. I am 47 x 43x 47. It has a large gap where the laces are.
