I was looking for a smooth closure free waist cincher and this one is exactly what I wanted. It’s comfy enough to wear for extended periods of time without feeling like I was going to pass out. It pulls in just enough and is undetectable under even form fitting clothing.

Love it. True to size. I weight train and the Kim k Waist Trainer supports my back and helps with my breathing. I am going to purchase two more because,I need one for exercise, one for looking good in my clothes and the third one so I will always have a backup. One of my best purchases.

IT HELPS SO MUCH WITH MY BACK PAIN! I have lordosis and chronic sacroiliac pain. I wear this while I walk around, grocery shop, cook, clean- pretty much anything I do standing up. It's helped my posture and relieved the pressure on my SI joint. It fits great and its flexible. I have a 23 inch waist and an XS was perfect.

I can see a difference. I have been wearing it rather consistently since receiving the garment. I do wish that I purchased small or extra small. I would like to get something to train my thighs and rear. Thank you.

So far so good. If you are seriously hour-glass shaped it will be a little hard to shuffle yourself into as there are no openings. For me it is perfect - as I say - so far and it's only been a week.

This is an excellent product. I bought one, wore it all day for three days and removing at night. No stretching or seam breaking -- and it holds you in so well. It is a bit of a job to get it over my hips but once it is around the waist it fits beautifully. If you're looking for a cincher you can wear under casual clothes this works for that too. I liked it so much I bought additional cinchers today.

I have bought many binders for way more money, cincher. This is the only one that has worked for me. Every other one rolls down my belly, so frustrating. For the price i paid for i was skeptical, but now I'm so glad I bought. I love the fact that is breathable and doesn't make you sweat.

I love the fitting! Doesn't fold, covers every area.... But the only one thing.... It pushes up my back fat.... Other than that I love it... And I will be purchasing another one soon.

I just ordered it and I must say it's very comfortable and it brings heat without working out, now I'm gonna test it for 14 days and I will be come if anything change wish me luck...

I loooove it.....Fits great holds everything in without feeling forced the material is super sleek can wear it under anything without looking like your wearing it, you dont realize how much you've sweated until you take it off.

This is amazing. It is absolutely worth it. It reduced my waist from 27in to 26in. I cannot believe it. I have purchased another one. The only challenging thing is, I ordered a size xs/sm and because it’s so tight, it’s a bit of a hassle to wear it or take it off. I could’ve purchased a bigger size but then defeats the purpose because the tighter it gets, the more results you will see.

Fits well so I think the chart size is spot on. Comfortable and easier to put on than I thought. It gives you a nice shape especially from the back. If I could make one suggestion it would be that it should also come in white but overall I would recommend it

Love it because no hook and eye closures that are impossible and uncomfortable. Smooth almost invisible look under clothing. Wish it came 1 size smaller for extra tight fit.

I did return the 2XL, for a 3XL-not yet recv’d-everything is excellent, workmanship on the garment is very good. I can’t wait to get the replacement!
