This company ignored every email and request I sent them for a size exchange. I followed the instructions carefully annd put in about 10 requests over 2 weeks immediately after receiving and realizing the size is too small. It has been very stressful and insulting to be ignored when I was told I could exchange within 2 weeks. Then they have the audacity to ask for a review!!! BBB will hear what they do as well. I don’t recommend anyone deal with this crooked company.
