Very very happy with my purchase the S22 Ultra, the condition of the device is amazing like new the battery is sound and works perfectly, my old phone was a S 21 fe which was fine but just fancied a change .The S22 Ultra is a far superior phone all together and I love it . L also purchased a Samsung Flip 6 from Handtec for my wife and like me she loves it, so Handtec is the only refub phone company I will use

Fast delivery, excellent quality condition item. I took a risk at ordering a "good" condition phone but when it arrived it was like new. Very happy with service and product. I was a little reluctant to use a new company, I usually would use CEX or Music Magpie, but they were more expensive. I would recommend and use this company again.

Marvellous mobile phone in brilliant condition. Not a mark on it and seems to work perfectly. My only disappointment is the time taken for it to arrive - 6 days from order BUT that could well be down to Royal Mail!

The phone arrived promptly in excellent condition with no obvious signs of use. Communication about the purchase, dispatch and delivery were excellent. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Handtec and I will definitely be back in the future when other tech needs replacing.

Bought as a Christmas gift so it hasn’t been given to the receiver yet so I am not able to give a review on the phone at this stage. I can, however, confirm that I received the phone within a few days of ordering it and the communication from Handtec was excellent. The phone looks like new. Looking forward to getting it up and running and to see my sons face on Christmas morning when he received it

To be honest i was little apprehensive ordering the phone. But i had nothing to be worried about. Phone arrived in a couple of days, extremely well packed (be sure to take a video of the unwrapping as you will need it for any dispute in quality) the quality was superb, as new in the original box with charger , cable cover and as if it were all new. Seriously impressed with this purchase exsperience

Really pleased with my refurbished iPhone 7. The condition is excellent and having transferred over all the data from my old phone, everything seems to be working phone. So the phone itself gets a big thumbs up. One disappointment however, is the time the phone took to arrive. I paid for 48 hour tracked delivery, but it took 8 days to arrive and in the end we had to go to the post office to collect it, as Handtec had not paid enough postage for the size/weight of the package and we were required...

The iPhone 14 Pro i ordered from Handtec is in great condition visually and internally. It performs well and looks good. It's also at a reasonable price. Sold as 'Good' condition and I think that's accurate, couple of very small scratches on back but they're hidden with a case, screen is immaculate, phone/battery is fully functional. Delivery was also very fast. Would recommend.

The iphone 14 from Handtek is very good. I ordered 'excellent' condition but it looks 'pristine.' It works very well with all apps transferred by my server. The battery lasts 2 days which is the only downpoint.

The delivery was fast as usual, The phone itself was described as “pristine” and they didn’t disappoint!! The only thing that annoys me about the purchase is that it’s not for me!!!! It’s a gift for my sister!! 😭 Anyway I will keep using handtec as I’ve always done as they are reliable, trustworthy and affordable for what they sell. Thank you very much for your impeccable service. Keep up the good work! 👍

A good phone, and apparently one of the few last mainstream big-brand models to come with the neat 5.3-inch display size (rather than one of the larger sizes that's now dominant). The battery's great, and as far as I can tell, the phone is in excellent condition.

After a mix up with delivery address Handtec were quick to rectify, however rather than it being sent out by special delivery as paid for it defaulyed to 48hrs tracked.... not a great start and was given £3.10 compensation which I personally felt did not cover the inconveniece - I had after all bought from Handtec for express delivery service. Phone arrived loose in cardboard outer in a mailer bag - thankfully it was undamaged in transit. The phone itself physically was in very good condition w...

The phone is responsive, the cameras are great, the condition, described as Excellent looks perfect to me. Arrived in a retail box as if new. Android Auto remains connected to my car, unlike my previous phone which dropped connections constantly. Downsides? Maximum brightness is lower than my old phone, as is the stereo audio. I can live with that. All in all, I wish that I'd done it sooner!
