Well described, prompt posting and delivery. Phone was not sealed in cardboard package and was able to slide sideways in/out of sleeve, however bubble wrap bag gave it some protection.

Arrived next day, Royal Mail won't leave it in your safe place, you must be in and sign for it. My S24Ultra Pristine 512GB was half the new price but absolutely flawless, no marks, its like new!! Love it.

Surprised that this arrived the day after I ordered it! Was initially delighted when I checked the battery healthy was 100% upon arrival, but this dropped down to 93% after a charge up so not sure what happened there. Some tiny scratches but fully functional otherwise.

I ordered a Samsung s21fe in pristine condition and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition phone looks brand new so ordered another one a week later for my partner same phone in pristine condition that arrived quickly too but looked like it had glue all round the edges of the screen managed to get some of it off, apart from that phones are running great and knowing they have a 12 month warranty gives you piece of mind.

I bought 2 Samsung S20 's one for each son. The company apologised by email quickly that it didn't have a colour. I wasn't bothered because of phone cases would cover them. They offered a better one at the same price, both phones were like new. I will use this company again and I highly recommend to anyone.
