Misleading returns advertising. The iPhone page stated “FREE collected returns” and “Love it or return it free for a 100% refund within 14 days”, yet Handtec initially insisted I pay return postage. After several emails they finally provided a prepaid label. They then deducted £15 for “special delivery costs and handling” despite my order showing £0 shipping, only refunding it after I challenged them. The phone was fine, but the returns process was unnecessarily difficult.
