I reordered the same phone and it arrived earlier than expected. To my surprise the phone was just like new. I never believed it was a refurbished phone. Spotlessly clean! Delivery was prompt. Love the camera! The phone certainly is as described with absolutely no scratches or dents, or any sign of it having been used at all. Pristine Christine. I get a message saying the display may not be an original Apple one, but there is certainly nothing wrong with it. The battery is good. The reception for using it as a phone is not quite as good as my old phone, but I know even brand-new ones vary. Really easy to transfer data et cetera from an old iPhone. Excellent value for the price.
