This was my 4th purchase from Handtec of a refurbished Apple iPhone, in this case an iPhone 12 Pro. This is an ideal way to upgrade to a newer phone than paying the huge cost of a new one. The quality of the phone is excellent & the only quibble was the phone had a smaller memory capacity that advertised. I contacted Customer Service and this was quickly resolved to a mutually acceptable resolution by Scarlett on the help desk.

I had problems getting started. I could not transfer from my old Xperia 1 with a c cable and on wifi although I have a very fast wifi of 700 mb per second only slowly which took about 4 hours rather than the 2 minutes promised on youtube and it was only completed by half. But the next morning everything loaded quickly and I was able to test the camera system which impressed me very much. All the other improvements were excellent. Now I am very happy.
