This phone (Motorola Edge 30 Neo) looks absolutely brand new, and I'm totally delighted with it. At £85 it was about half the price of what I could get it for elsewhere. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will look to HandTec again when I next need to change my phone.

Great value and service. Takes a while to get used to a new phone - particularly after almost 6 years with the old one! Very happy with a refurbished phone - this Google Pixel Pro 6 is above and beyond my needs, but hoping it will be as future proof as my old phone.
It's unmarked - really is 'excellent' standard and was £80 cheaper than another I was originally considering (which had noticeable marks on it too!). Having the warranty and quick replies to my initial question re delivery (not ...

Handtec was recommended to me and so I ordered a ‘pristine’ iPhone 15 pro. The phone is excellent, as new quality, great battery life and no blemishes at all. The ordering and delivery process was easy and swift. I would definitely recommend.

Surprised that this arrived the day after I ordered it! Was initially delighted when I checked the battery healthy was 100% upon arrival, but this dropped down to 93% after a charge up so not sure what happened there. Some tiny scratches but fully functional otherwise.

Upgraded from IPhone 6S Plus which I bought from Handtec 6 years ago. It’s fantastic and really pleased with it. So many more features and the Camera quality with the 3 lenses is so much better. The Screen size is great for watching Video and Photos. I don’t need to worry about storage with 1Tb ! Handtec provide excellent product at competitive prices and 12 months warranty for peace of mind. Will not go anywhere else for my phones.

No issues and the usual efficient purchase and sub 24 hour delivery of another "new" second hand iphone. HandTec remains my go-to marketplace for phones. Rather a limited choice this time round but this is a thriving demand market..

I'm really pleased with my purchase. it was very easy to setup. I purchased my last phone from this company which has been really reliable. The only reason for the upgrade was that my old iPhone was quite old. so I had no hesitation using this same company again.

First time ordering from handtec I had ordered from backmarket before as it had more reviews. But I'm so happy with my S21 ultra. It was the cheapest price online for the 512gb much cheaper than the BM competitor website. I ordered the good condition which is the lowest but it was just perfect condition. Everything is working smoothly. Have recommended to all my friends. Thank you so much!

The phone is great but customer service was terrible!! I paid for 24hr tracked delivery so my girlfriend would have her new phone on her birthday but somehow it was posted by 48hr instead which was very disappointing! When I disputed this with customer service they admitted their mistake and said they would refund me the postage but after several emails and promises I’ve still not received my money! They’ve now not replied to my last email sent almost a week ago so not looking like I’ll be getti...
