I really like the phone. It has many useful features. I'm still getting used to the more advanced features. The hardware is in very good condition because it is refurbished professionally. Refurbished electronic goods help our environment plus it helps preventing child labour in less advantaged countries. I recommend this product %100.

Well described, prompt posting and delivery. Phone was not sealed in cardboard package and was able to slide sideways in/out of sleeve, however bubble wrap bag gave it some protection.

Ordered my son the iPhone 10 it is extremely good condition and fully functioning 100% battery health a few very small paint fleck off on the silver bezel and that's the condition of "good" his extremely pleased I really can't stress the value for money with handtech I will be buying my next phone though them

When I bought the phone, it was labelled as "Good" refurbished condition, so naturally I was expecting to see some surface scratches, or for the battery health percentage to be in the 80s/90s. When I received it, I genuinely thought the cosmetic condition was closer to pristine, and the battery was 100% health. Excellent value for money, and the phone arrived super quickly. Cannot fault the service and so far, cannot fault the device either.

Honestly I thought it would turn up in less than ideal condition, it turned up basically flawless, use it as my everyday phone and with no issues, thank you for looking after your customers!

Very happy, phone in lowest "good" condition was a great price, had only the tiniest signs of use on the body and no marks on the screen. Battery health is ok, at 89%. Was dispatched same day.

After buying one on Ebay and being conned with a non uk model that can't be upgraded, I got a refund and looked for a decent priced one from a company I hoped I could trust. After some research I found HANDTEC and bought one and it is excellent. Great condition and a good price.

I bought 2 Samsung S20 's one for each son. The company apologised by email quickly that it didn't have a colour. I wasn't bothered because of phone cases would cover them. They offered a better one at the same price, both phones were like new. I will use this company again and I highly recommend to anyone.

Needed a new phone as my old one was becoming full so as I’d bought that one from Handtec and my wife had used them a number of times in the past I found a refurbished iPhone with the amount of memory that I was after and ordered it. It arrived in two days and was just as advertised and I’m very happy with it. Handtec always supplies good refurbished products and at good prices too. Would recommend to anyone.

Better than I thought it was going to be. I needed a phone quickly to replace my old one and this is great, there are a couple of noticeable scratches on the screen but their not deep. The back panel and sides are as good as new. The battery shows 99% health and its still covered by the manufactures warranty for another 3 months. Its a Pixel so will get undated until 2031 if replaced a will probably keep as a second / spare phone. For under £150 its well worth it.

Bought flip 5 256gb in cream colour, for an excellent price. The phone arrived in original box, well packaged with a new USB A to C cable supplied. I purchased the phone listed as "good" condition. The phone was in much better condition than I had anticipated, it had a minor scratch about 4mm long on outer screen, the cream coloured back was perfect. The bezel has light damage around the edges, less than expected and hardly noticeable. The main screen( the most important!!), is immaculate, not...

Excellent Experience – Highly Recommend! The delivery was extremely fast and the phone arrived securely packaged and well-protected. It came in the original Samsung box, with all its accessories including two charging cables and the warranty documents. Everything was neatly packed and the phone itself had no scratches whatsoever—neither on the screen nor the body—even though I ordered a Grade B device. Before purchasing, I contacted the company via email to inquire about the phone’s specificat...

Range and prices offered was as good as anywhere. I had a minor issue with payment details and delivery address not matching. I advised I would accept delivery at another address which released the order but at no stage could I track the order so had no idea which address it was going to. Overall happy with product and quality.

The phone arrived in excellent, pristine condition, although the description was stated as 'good' when I purchase, so I was therefore delighted. It came in good time and they even provided a free charging cable, which I was not expecting. It was my first time of using Hantec so was a bit hesitant at first, but would certainly recommend them in future. Also, when I contacted customer service they were very presponsive and answered my query straight away.

My Iphone12 was delivered the next day . I asked for GOOD condition and it is PERFECT , not a scratch or mark on it . It is not an Apple battery but everything works perfectly and I only need to charge once a week to 98% . To make batteries last longer they should not be charged to 100% and this battery shows maximum capacity 100% . I am so pleased with this phone and would certainly come back if I wanted to upgrade .

What can I say? Phone was exactly as described & delivery was fast considering it was over the Xmas period. The only thing that let things down was the tracking info, not informative at all. Luckily I was at home when delivered on the day before I expected because of inaccurate tracking info.
