Handtec ReviewsSee store reviews

A friend told me about Handtec. I have to admit I was very sceptical but am pleased to say I have been proven wrong. The ordering and payment was easy. It was delivered quickly and set up in no time at all. Overall l’m really pleased with my refurbished phone and will definitely be using this company again.

The product arrived as scheduled, and, although rated as Good, looks unused. All info from the old phone has been moved across without a hitch. All working as expected with a new-looking phone. This is the fourth purchase from Handtec which speaks for itself.

My new to me Xperia 1 1v, just what the doctor ordered! The phone works wonderfully & unless you look really hard looks like new. A pleasure to use and own.

Easy order - arrived straight away and was in pristine condition as described. My last Handtec purchase went on and on (5 years) so great for a used Apple phone. Highly recommend.

Very Good value item. Phone showed no signs of wear that I could discern and battery was at 100% after charge. A great update on my damaged XR - quicker and seems to last longer on charge. Service was excellent. Packaging very good and the charging lead a nice touch.

Amazing service at a very reasonable price. I broke my phone on Thursday morning. Nobody local could fix it, and even if they could it would cost over £100. So I ordered a replacement from you on Thursday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday at noon and all for less than £90. Fantastic.

Phone is good, exactly the way it was described, perfect delivery was getting informed where the.phone is and when we was going to get. The only downside was it didnt come with the box, but still the packaging was OK. Thanks

Phone arrived on time and as advertised. However, a little surprised that it wasn’t properly “box packaged”. First impressions of the item wrapped in black plastic, bubble wrap & cardboard were less than professional.

This is my 3rd refurbished phone from Handtec, and they continue to provide excellent and quick service with phones that are exactly as advertised. Good price as usual....see you again in 3 years!

Great phone, good condition, quick delivery , “Good condition” meant it has a very small scratch on the screen which is hardly visible. Everything else A+. Second phone we have purchased from Handtec would recommend and will likely use again. Great service.

Phone was in excellent condition as advertised. Has been in use for 2 weeks so far and my daughter is delighted. This is our 4th Handtec phone. I used them again because the previous ones did well, the delivery is fast and free and the overall experience has been very good.

Well well superb from start to finish - had a problem with phone and all was sorted through customer services who kept me informed on what was happening- cannot fault them - ordered 4.15pm and arrived next day Thanks Guys Regards Mike collins

The phone arrived within about 36hrs of placing the order (24hr delivery selected). Reduced packaging allowed it to be posted through the letterbox. Phone is as new (pristine), thank you.

Took a few days to get used to the Samsung fold 6 but performs great and It’s nice to have a bigger screen when you need it over all good price and nice phone .

i AM UNCERTAIN WHAT YOU ARE GETTING AT BUT the s24 IS AN AMAZONG PHONE APPARENTLY--AS i AM TLD BY LOADS OF PEOPLE INCLUDING THE ai GUYS. dONT LAUGH--THESE ai,S ON gOOGLE TODAY ARE SUPERLY KNOWLEDGABLE AND i DO NOT DO A THING UNTIL I HAVE LIASED WITH THE,==i THEN DECIDE WHO TO LISTEN TO .ME OR THEM

Excellent price for a really good phone. I needed to contact customer services because of an error I made when typing my address. The response was very quick and resolved the issue. I would certainly use them again.

A good good product at a very fair price and very fast postage . The only thing I could put them down for is they sent me the wrong charging cable , but I can use it for my camera do not to worry. A happy customer 😊

Bought Samsung S22 for my husband for Christmas . Happy with purchase . Arrived quickly. Excellent condition. Was a little worried because they only offer a 14 day returns window but thankfully all was good so need to return

Arrived a day later than expected with zero battery life and the enclosed charging cable didn't work! However, after charging with my previous phone's charger the phone looks and works fine. Overall very happy with the phone. Thanks

I don't have my I pad at the moment as Iam on my desktop computer but I am so pleased with my iPad it was so well packaged and first class condition I would recommend your company to all my family and friends so thanks ones more for a first class service Regards Mr R.Dinning

Excellent. Very happy with purchase. This is 5th purchase from handtech for myself/family members. This in itself is testament to the value of the service and quality received thus far.

My son damaged his phone and wanted the exact same phone in replacement. He is so happy it arrived the next day after placing the order and it works perfectly 😊

The handset that I chose was the best price I could find on the web. Being refurbished and described as good condition, I couldn't be 100% sure of what I would receive. Handtec didn't disappoint. The product was easy to order, communication from the seller was excellent and the phone arrived in top top condition within 48 hours. I say tip top condition as although it was described as 'good', it was like a brand new phone with not a mark on it. I am delighted.

Phone arrived quickly and as described: in excellent condition. All working perfectly, minimal wear and tear, if any, and battery still in good working condition. All in all a great purchase.

Have purchased phones from Handtec before and never had any problems. So when my wife needed a new refurbished phone without hesitation I went on the Handtec website and purchased a iPhone 12. She is very happy with it. Thanks.

Another excellent phone from Handtec. The handset was exactly as described and very well packed for shipping. The phone was also fully reset and I had it up and running in a few minutes. This is the third or fourth phone I've had from Handtec, and I've recommended them to other family members. Highly recommended.

This is the 1st time I’ve ordered from here and it certainly won’t be the last. I was so pleased with the whole experience, from the payment to the delivery which was spot on, to the actual phone itself. There is not a mark on the phone and it looks and works like it is 100% brand new. I’m very happy and would totally recommend to others. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
