The phone I bought was excellent value and excellent condition.
My only concern was the way it was packaged ( plastic bag, bubble wrap and wrapped in cardboard.
Thankfully it didn't hurt the phone, but saying that I would certainly use Handtec again

So far extremely pleased was delivered when told was in the condition as expected and would use again . Not sure how you get the warranty coz was no paper work or anything but warranties are usually never great anyway. But all in all nice phone.

Very pleased with my new phone after experiencing a problem setting the phone up. After transferring over my details from my old phone my new one would not swipe!! After waiting for the battery to fully charged I still experienced the problem. When taking advice from the internet I did an enforced closure which once I switched back on it worked. I have put this slight problem down to rushing in and not fully charging the phone at the start.
