Great unit at a great price, can hear a loose component inside but has no effect on use , bare in mind I choice the fair option and considering that it's in great condition, best of all, the battery is very good, shockingly good, so yh I would definitely consider purchasing something else in the future, all in all nicely done handtec!

First time buying from Handtec and apart from some minor scuffs on the casing, The battery health was over 90% and the screen was pristine. For a S24 Ultra 512GB stated as being in, 'Excellent' condition, less than £500 was a great price and the phone matched that description. Royal mail did decide to post the phone over 4 hours after the tracker stated arrival time and 7 hours after the initial delivery window, though thankfully the phone was well packaged and does not seem to have been damage...

Very pleased with my Google Pixel Pro 9. Excellent condition. Just a shame it took 3 days to arrive and it was supplied with a USB to USC-C cable and not a fast charge USB-C to USB-C. Regardless the price was great and I love my new phone.

I found this company by chance and I'm pleasantly surprised with their service and great value for money. I ordered a phone on a next day delivery and it arrived as expected and worked out of the box. I also had a swift response from their customer service when I had a query regarding invoice. I would say they are worth giving a try.

First time using Handtec and would thoroughly recommend them - they sent me a video showing the marks on my phone and explained why they gave it that particular rating / trade in value and when I called them to discuss the offer the customer service was excellent 👍

Arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. My only slight ‘gripe’ was that I had some problems signing in initially and contacted Handtec. It did eventually sort itself out and I updated Handtrc but I felt it would have been nice if they had got in touch to check all was ok. Not a huge issue and would use again.

Phone arrived promptly and was in great condition, not a scratch on it, like new. Unfortunately the screen went blank after first day using. I contacted Handtec who ask me to send it back to them postage paid. They sorted the problem and sent it back to me in record time. The whole process took 3 days. Phone is now perfect and the girlfriend is very happy with it. First class service. Thank you 🙏

This was the best price I could find for the Pixel 8 Pro in excellent condition. The handset arrived in excellent condition. A few tiny marks/scratches along the sides and near the charging port. Nothing on the screen or camera. Product was well protected in the packaging with charging cable and SIM pin included. It was missing the cleaning cloth but that is pretty minor. It was delivered a day later than expected but most likely to do with the courier as it was dispatched promptly. Overall, rea...

My refurbish Iphone 16 Max arrived a day earlier than predicted. It is in very good condition although I went for the cheaper option. So far a week in I have not had any issues with the running of the phone. The battery on this model is big a appears to last me well over a day, even though I am a frequent user. All in all I am very happy with my purchase, it's saved money and works as good as new..

Went from a steam driven iphone 7 which I loved but was getting a bit long in the tooth to an iphone 11 Pro Max so it was a bit of a learning curve. Once I had overcome the lack of home button and got the swipe technique mastered (after several random unintentional phone calls to several of my contacts), I think we are going to get along just fine. Love it. And what's more, it arrived in the allocated time!!
