I recently bought a Huawei P30 Pro (Unlocked) which was listed as Excellent condition at an approximate £145 saving over current retail. Great speedy service from HandTec - had the phone for a few weeks now and am loving it. It arrived in great condition, pretty much flawless and has been a joy to use. The screen is fantastic, the 120Hz refresh rate is really noticeable when going back an older phone and the OS is a nice, 'light-touch' version of Android without too much OnePlus guff cluttering up the place. Excellent service from handtec. Phone was better than advertised. Not a mark or a blemish and battery was at 94% which seems reasonable for a two year old phone. Delivery was spot on, a few hours literally from order. All well packed and ready to go. Would suggest if you looking for an iPhone and you don't want to spend a lot on a brand new one, then check out handtec, there are some bargains to be had.

Not exactly impressed. Purchased an "excellent condition" Z fold 3. Phone arrives main screen doesn't have volume. Sure okay that's annoying, but i like the phone. Less then a week later, smaller screens audio no longer works. Isn't covered by the warranty so now I'm looking at a new phone. Won't be buying my next one with this company and sadly can't recommend them.

The condition of this phone was described by the seller as 'Excellent'....... 'As New' would have been more appropriate! (We couldn't find even the tiniest mark on it). It also appeared to have had a new battery installed as the battery health was showing as 100% within the iOS settings. Altogether, really pleased with this purchase and would recommend Handtec to anyone who is considering buying a refurbished mobile device.

There is a dent in the back of the phone and a deep scratch in the same area. Price was okay given the condition but could have been described better.
