Phone delivered when expected. Condition was as stated-excellent. Having upgraded from an iPhone 6 to the iPhone 8 I am happy with its performance and looks. Larger memory increases scope of use of the phone. Warranty offered by Handtec one reason for purchasing from them as well as competitive price.

Hi
Trying to buy expensive Electronic goods for someone else isn't easy but I tried but wasn't successful this time and I had to return the phone to Handtec and ask for a refund. This wasn't in anyway a fault due to Handtec who had sent sent me a iPhone 8 in smashing condition but wasn't what was required by the intended user. The refund was handled in a few days
I have had several phones from Hantec all lworked well except for one which had a fingerprint reader fault in which the phone was ...

It was like a brand new phone. Works perfectly and I was up and running in under 30 minutes. There are always worries about buying second hand phones but if this is anything to go by then go for it. I did a lot of research before buying and for price and customer reviews you will find it very difficult to better. There are always negative comments about items purchased on the web but in this instance I would have no hesitation about purchasing from this company again.

Awful experience. Phone arrived with a crack in the screen and a battery warning saying it needed replacing. I reported this straight away but customer services initially said all they could do is raise a complaint with royal mail. Eventually they allowed me to return it (at my expense) but keep referring to replacement and repairs, completely ignoring my right to reject for a refund. They also have tried to put phone investigation charges on me. Hopefully I can update this review when the issue...

This phone has the worst battery ever! I got an excellent refurbished phone and I've had to keep charging it constantly. If you can look at the pictures attached. The battery dropped from 100% to 9% within less than 6 hours. Please refund my money!
