Handtec's description of the phone's condition was more than fair, I can honestly say that unpacking the phone was a very positive experience. The product is in perfect condition, I cannot fault it. Exactly as described. I consider it a brand new second hand condition product for a fraction of the shop bought price. My only frustration although out of the sellers hands, was that I didn't receive the item next day, three days after ordering in fact because Royal Mail sent it to the wrong sorting office. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use in the future.

Despite some initial reservations about buying a refurbished phone I have been really happy with my purchase. The phone seems as good as new and albeit at half the price and has all the features I need. The iPhone XS is a great phone and buying refurbished is a sensible way to keep the cost of ownership at a reasonable level.
