I am 85 years old and never had an iPhone before, so I am still learning its "gimmicks', or whatever they are called. However, I am happy to say that its appearance, feel and response are to date excellent.

Unfortunately, I have little experience of this purchase because of a serious delay in getting a new Sim card and a PAC number from my service supplier. However, the phone itself appears of excellent condition and I have no reason to suspect that there will be any problems with it. I would have no hesitation in using this supplier again and would wholeheartedly recommend this company to any friend or relative.

Excellent company to purchase from. Good site to browse. Easy to use to purchase from. I particularly liked the descriptions for each level (degree) of condition, I read these thoroughly which enabled me to pick a hand set that suited my pocket with marks that I was happy with. The description was spot on once I'd received it and the delivery was very quick too.

The item was in very good condition. There were some minor scratches but I can assume it is from usual wear and tear. The battery health was better than anticipated. Delivery was fast well. Very pleased with the order.

Honestly, every other company in the trade should hang their heads in shame with how far Handtec is above the competition. This is the second time I have used the service and I am very impressed with their catalog, excellent prices and speedy delivery. There is geniunely no one better in the business and I will definitely be using the service again in the future.

Fantastic condition, item as described an iPhone X 64gb, however should have gone for the one with face recognition as l have to input my password every time l use it, when purchasing my next new phone l will be sure to make sure there is a finger print or face recognition.
The increased screen size is fantastic and there is a noticeable improvement in its processing speed, Very happy with the phone.

In 2 days the phone was in my house in Ireland I was very pleased with the fast delivery and the phone was like new the only down side is that the battery health was 100% when I purchase and now after I few weeks of using is 96% Iβm not sure why I just hope is the original battery and not a replacement one...but other than that the phone is great

Really pleased to get the Apple Watch from Handec. Saved money AND recycled technology .. WIN-WIN. I use it for managing my time but also, more importantly my health. I use the Heart rate monitor during SPIN classes and track heart rate over time. Making sure to do my calorie intake and burn rate by tracking STEPS etc - So all in all really pleased with my good investment in Time, Savings and Health

Never having bought a refurbished phone before I was I admit rather nervous but was persuaded by the good reviews, itβs still a lot of money to fork out but I have to say Iβve been very happy with what I got . I bought an 11 Pro, canβt find a mark on it and it performs like a new phone but at less than half the price . The only question unanswered is will it last ? I see absolutely no reason why it would not and in any case is guaranteed for a year . Hopefully in a couple of years Iβll be back f...

In perfect condition, a great phone with incredible battery life and very good lenses - it has a wide-angle, a standard lens and a zoom. Face-ID is very useful for logins, though masks do confuse it - and masks plus sunglasses plus hat make it a non-starter.. : ) Recommended

Great experience, ordered mid-afternoon on a Monday and delivered by Tuesday midday (paid for the special delivery option).
The device I ordered was "pristine" condition, and I have to say it was absolutely brilliant. Some of the plastic film was even still on the edges from the factory.
Sensible packaging, great comms via email and overall great value. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Never used handled before, in fact never seen their offers online - will consider them when and if I require to replace or if I am asked from where my phone came. Delivery was on time, product was as stated - Excellent, and money save considerable. I do not find being a few models behind an embarrassment, but I do like saving money and being supplied with quality refurbished items. Thanks Handtec - You don't do Computers do you

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase! Really needed to replace my phone in a hurry and this one literally came the next morning as I ordered early enough in the day. I chose to spend a bit more to get my phone in excellent condition and I am so thrilled that I did. Well worth the extra, especially as I chose to pay in three month instalments! Would and will highly recommend.

Ordered iphone 8 pristine condition from Handtec on a Friday and received it well packaged within 24 hours (no charge for postage). Was recommended by family. Phone arrived promptly and appears as new. Very pleased. Battery life was reason to replace last phone (from new S7) so hoping this one lasts. Do remember these don't come with chargers so factor in cost of quick charger if needed.
