I got a phone that is practically new, for 1/3 of the price of a new one. The delivery was the best I've ever experienced. I would highly recommend this company.

Cannot explain how much I recommend! Literally perfect condition and £200 cheaper than buying new! (Checked the Apple warranty dates and it was literally purchased a few weeks before I got it- absolute bargain!)

An excellent phone for a fraction of a price you would pay on a contract. Arrived quickly (with a charging cable which is appreciated); works and looks very well. Recommended.

This is my second purchase from Handtec. My iPhone 12 is a very well presented phone as described. No damage or blemishes. It was fairly easy to set up and so far works perfectly. It is a major improvement on my iPhone 6 and I’m very satisfied with it. Once again I recommend Handtec.

Really pleased with the iPhone se. You would have thought that it was new rather than refurbished. I already had an iPad so setting the phone up was really easy. This is my first smart phone and because of it’s similarity with the iPad the transition has been easy.

Extremely pleased with this phone. It was advertised as ‘pristine’ and certainly is. It’s as good as a brand new phone, but without the price tag. Very happy customer 😀

A 5-star for the product, great price and in a pristine condition! I looked at several websites, bought somewhere else but got a refund because they failed to deliver the product. So I ended up by buying one from Handtec.
Sadly, the customer advisor misinformed me and after back and forth with their customer service, they finally agreed to send me the equipment to go with except of the bluetooth headphones saying they did not have them in stock. Obviously it is a lie but I understand that this ...

I am really happy with my new iPhone X, purchased from Handtec.
It was very easy to find what I wanted on their web site and buying it was very easy too. I also liked the idea that the package also included a couple of free screen protectors although I probably would have still bought the phone without these.
I received regular updates on my purchase and the new phone arrived within 36 hours - absolutely brilliant.

I ordered this phone as mine was falling apart - glass cracked and falling out, battery shot, new iOS on the horizon which would be the final nail in the coffin. The drones are all getting the iPhone 13 so I ordered a 12 pro as it was listed in pristine condition (which it is) and just checked the battery health which is 100%. This seemed like, and is, a no brainier. I am also environmentally conscious, this phone is barely a year old and still has plenty of life left in it. It’s not quite like ...

We purchased two iphone 23 refurbished, they arrived on time and had no problems, the condition which was described as excellent is indeed excellent. So if ever the occasion arises we would be happy too use Hantec again, my friend recommended Hantec but I don't know if there is a reward for that.

My phone has not arrived 1 week after placing my order. I’ve asked for a refund and an explanation and you just keep saying that it’s on the way. I will never order from you again and I’m going to spread the word about your company unless I get a refund and a proper explanation

Absolute rip off of a company. They sent a device that was clearly damaged and are trying to blame me for it. I have been told they will not refund. I will be taking this up with Trading Standards and Action Fraud. They are not adhering to UK Consumer Rights law. I will never use your company again. The phone has not left my desk since it arrived and had been left safely to let the battery discharge so I could recharge it to check the battery health, as something seemed off with it. I then tried...
