Always a good service from Handtec though on this occasion the packing wasn’t quite as robust as hoped. No damage and sloppy post office delivery the issue. Phone as described-pristine! Similar in many ways to my previous xs also from handtec but with added ooomph and features. Good price, very prompt delivery and excellent product = a happy customer.

Phone arrived within 48hrs, Very speedy service. I ordered a “very good” condition and besides a few little small marks on the edges the phone is in good condition. Working very well and I’m more than happy with it, considering the price I paid!

Bought refurbished iPhone X.It turned up in very good condition but the cameras didn’t work. Sent phone back with prepaid postage by handtec on the Saturday and repaired phone was back the following Thursday so fast turnaround. My only gripe is it would be nice to receive acknowledgment that they had received phone and also when it was repaired

Phone is slightly bigger than my old I phone 8, slight damage to case but cannot be seen once installed in protective case. Delivery and packaging was very good and protected phone well. I VC am very pleased with my new I phone 12 and would recommend purchasing a reconditioned phone from this company as it seems like I have bought a new one. Highly recommended.

I purchased this phone for the good lady, and it arrived as described in excellent condition, however after the initial software update the phone developed a fault. I contacted the support team who advised what to do and I sent it back for analysis, they fixed it and sent it back, this did take 4 weeks but fixed it was. I would have only one slight gripe about the process is that I would not have known anything about what was going on with the phone if I hadn't emailed as there was no communica...

The iPhone 12 mini is great and pleased I could buy a refurbished one to reduce waste and costs. Initially I found the customer service excellent, but when we received our phones (my partner & I both bought one), we ordered Pristine, his was very dirty around all the switches and we had to do our own job of cleaning it - not what we expected for a 'pristine' phone. My phone had some other technical issues on it which I had to seek help from Apple support. It took me several hours to solve. W...

While on looking at the phone, I was able to use chat function to ask about the phone, I got a reply instantly. The phone arrived in a few days and was in great condition, it came with a USB cable and pin, unfortunately the pin broke the first time it was used. However, really happy with the service and the phone.

Great phone. Backside has signs of a cover taken off the paint, unfortunately. But overall great, and the experience of the phone is second to none. Happy about the size of storage. Would recommend.

I was after an android flagship phone at a low price with a very good camera, and having used handtec before to buy my wife an iPhone XR, I decided to have a look and as they had an offer going at the time, the Huawei P30 pro only cost me £195. Upon arrival I noticed the finger print scanner was not working and when I contacted handtec, they asked me to send it back for repair, but to my surprise the phone was still under warranty so I took it to Huawei dealership instead and they fixed the scan...

Excellent Condition!Even though the phone was advertised as good condition there are no scratches anywhere on the device. But a downside is that the battery health is at 81% so will need replacing soon. But it is what was expected as I purchased a good condition phone.I have had this device for 2 weeks now and it is excellent. Thanks Handtec.

I was a bit sceptical to begin with but this is a great site to get refurbished phones at a fraction of the cost. I bought an iPhone 7 and it works perfectly apart from a small amount of cosmetic damage which is expected with a refurbished phone brilliant will definitely use this site again.

I have used Handtec now for my company over the past three years. Each order has arrived in tip top condition and I have to say I have been extremally happy each time. I have recommended friends to use Handtec also. I was a little worried the first order as I did not know anything about the company but I am pleased that I went ahead as I have saved a great deal of money on the devices I have so far purchased. I have been able to upgrade my small team to Iphone x Plus handsets at last and I got m...

I bought an iPhone 11 initially and found there was an issue with a speaker. On contacting them about the problem they told me to send it back and offered an immediate refund. No arguments and the usual hassle you get with some companies. Customer service is a must with me and as they had demonstrated such a positive response I decided to give them a second chance. Absolutely fantastic. The phone was 'Pristine' and just operates like a brand new phone but without the price tag. Thoroughly reco...

Easy to negotiate website to find the phone I wanted. Paid and arrived next day, quality was expected in pristine condition. After this experience will always return when it is time to replace my phone, why pay for a new phone when you can buy a preowned one at a realistic price.

First time I have purchased a second hand phone but after reading the reviews for Handtec I decided to go for it. It’s a super phone, iPhone 8 in gold in pristine condition. Cannot fault it so far and significantly cheaper than the new iPhone se my husband had just bought. Great service from you and I will be back as and when a new phone is needed.

This was one of my better experiences of purchasing online equipment. The phone was a present for my wife a red iphone8 in supreme condition! It ticked all the boxes for her. When it arrived I was so pleased with the condition of it, no marks anywhere, really delighted with the purchase and found the service great and swift! I will definitely be recommending your company to my friends and the next time I change my phone I know where to come. Many thanks Phillip Balderson

Really impressed with the service received. Phone is exactly as described if not better. I’d searched high and low for an iPhone 8 Plus with out any success. I couldn’t believe my luck when I came across this company. Almost as new phone for a lot less than you’d think. Thank you. I will definitely use again when the need arises.
