I would recommend Handtec anytime! My son is so pleased with his new iPhone 11. After being messed around by another company we went with Handtec. Next day delivery and the phone was in excellent condition, I would even say like new. Really pleased and we would definitely use them again. 5 stars from us.

I have bought three iPhones over the past years (mine, my wife’s & my grandson) and every time I have been very happy with the quality and service. The phones are always well above expectations and are delivered ready to go so it just takes minutes to set up. I will continue to buy my mobiles from Handtech well into the future, why would I change?

This company is honestly genuine and amazing. I was sceptical about buying my daughter a refurbished phone but saw Handtecs reviews and went for it. I ordered a iPhone 11 in Good condition for a great price, and when it came it looked brand-new in original box. My daughter was over the moon. I will definitely be using this company again and telling friends and family about it. Thank you.

Very efficient. Delivery on time, phone in excellent condition and all seems to be working well. Decided to pay a bit extra for a 'pristine' phone - and that is exactly what it was: it still had the plastic on it and I do not think it had been used. All in all a very good experience.

This is the second iPhone 7 I have bought from Handtec recently. This one, like the first one, looks absolutely great, just like a new one. I am really pleased with it. My reason for only giving it 4 stars is that the battery maximum capacity is only 88% which means I'll need to renew the battery in the not too distant future, although that's not a big or too expensive job. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend Handtec.

Have known about Handtec since the days of the Psion organiser so the company has a long history and has proven to provide a reputable service. Very happy with the overall condition of the phone. The only niggle is the active S-pen included with the phone failed to work with my Note 9. I emailed Handtec and they got back to me fairly quickly and eventually it was agreed that I would buy a pen and send them the invoice which they duly paid. Battery life seems to be pretty good. So all in all I'm ...

Needed a phone with a bigger memory, so much is done through apps! My 2 previous phones were Samsung and I was really pleased with them. Bought the S9 as it has more memory and a much better camera but I don't need the most up to date phone. Brand new phones are expensive so I thought to try a refurbished phone and I am not disappointed. The phone is like a brand new phone, I love it. There are no marks on the phone , it is in perfect condition. It is a good size, comfortable to hold and operat...

I wanted to convert from a Samsung to an iPhone but was put off by the price. A friend advised that I didn't need a new one covered in bells and whistles and that an iPhone 8plus would be perfect for me. He also told me to go to handtec and he was right! My refurbished phone was easy to order, arrived promptly and was in exceptional condition (although it was graded excellent and not pristine). I am so pleased with it and with the service and job done by handtec. I will soon be ordering another ...

Firstly, we ordered online and received the product within less than 24 hours! The refurbished phone was described as 'good' condition so we expected it to look slightly used, but we really couldn't tell and were pleasantly surprised just how good the condition was. We had a slight problem with the set up although there was nothing wrong with the product, we contacted Handtec for some assistance and they promptly replied and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend and will definitely or...
