Had some difficulty with transfer of data but that was all to do with old phone. New phone did freeze up but handtec quickly sent a video of how to fix the problem which it did. I’ve had several phones from this company and always great value and phone condition comes as described.

So far an excellent phone. Although the fact that Handtec fitted a new non-Apple battery meant that a notification to that effect kept popping up rather annoyingly and the "battery health" monitoring is not possible.

Very pleased with this phone. A fantastic camera. I asked for 'pristine' condition. And so it appears . It came with 93% battery life which I thought reasonable. After a few weeks of use still very pleased. The phone settings tell me 'the display' is not an Apple Original part. Not sure what this means but no problem as far as I can tell, and it is under guarantee.
