I wanted to convert from a Samsung to an iPhone but was put off by the price. I needed a quick replacement for my s8 so i chose an s10+ as my next phone. Handtec had the cheapest price so i placed the order and paid for next day delivery. The phone arrived next day by courier at 2pm. The packaged was secure and the phone was well protected. Inspection of the phone showed it to be in 'as new' condition. I purchased this phone for the good lady, and it arrived as described in excellent condition, however after the initial software update the phone developed a fault.
