Arrived quickly and well packaged to replace the same model that had died on me a couple of days previously. I had a tech query and used the online chat, which was very helpful. It turned out it was me, and not a fault with the phone! I'm very happy to recommend to friends and family and will be back for my next phone when I need one!

I hadn't heard of 'Handtec' and was alittle dubious, well you hear so much about 'refurbished online suppliers', well let me dispell any quarms you may have. . . my Galaxy S9+ graded as 'excellent' is just that, pop it into a case to protect it and everyone I've shown it to is well empressed. So dither nomore and bite the bullet you won't regret it AND you'll save more than a 'Bob or two!'

Ordered a "pristine condition" Galaxy S10. It arrived the following day and looking at it, it's impossible to tell it wasn't brand new, boxed and fresh from the factory. 1/3rd of the current "new" price and the only difference is you don't get to remove the plastic film. I'm done buying new phones - let someone else take the hit and save yourself a huge amount of cash in the process.

I have never had an iPhone before so it has taken a little bit of time to get used to, but I love it. I have to comment that this phone looks like brand new not reconditioned. I would highly recommend this company. My daughter recommended them to me and I am delighted that she did. Excellent.

Took a few days to arrive due to bank holiday (no fault of Handtec), but phone was exactly as described and the whole process was straightforward. Would I use Handtec again? Would I recommend Handtec to friends and family? The answer is a definitive Yes to both. Thank you for a seamless transaction with the added bonus of a fully tracked delivery.

Phone in excellent condition , prompt delivery and a fair price. It is also better for the environment to recycle and upcycle phones and gadgets in general. I'm pleased to have a very nice pre-loved phone.

Fast delivery. Condition was better than expected. I chose a phone for my daughter that was in ‘Good’ condition. The screen was in pristine condition and the only scratches on the body of the phone were on one corner which are now covered by a case. Great experience purchasing from this company.

I had always been an Android user until I purchased the refurbished iPhone 12 from Handtec. Since I already have an Ipad pro 12.9 for my digital sheet music (this device is by some margin the musician's choice for sheet music) it made sense to ditch Android and go with the iPhone. I had always resisted as I needed a dual sim phone, but now that iPhones have esim and nano sim I took the plunge. The phone works seamlessly, is beautifully designed and the service received from Handtec was first cla...

I can't fault the phone. I've always liked Samsung so I expected to be happy with the phone. Of course it is refurbished rather than new . . . so I think k I had to take a risk. It's early days yet, but I'm delighted with the quality.

Excellent service. The phone I ordered arrived quickly and it works perfectly. There was a sight issue in that it hadn’t been unlocked as I had expected but this was resolved within minutes of me contacting the company. Will 100% use them again in the future. I’ve bought reclaimed phones in the past from another company and there was always issues with battery life or something but there’s none of that this time.

I ordered the Galaxy S20 for my wife late on Friday. I received an email to say it was confirmed shortly after. Saturday around midday it was delivered by RM Tracked. The phone was packed securely and on opening was in an as new condition with no marks, scratches etc. Transfer of data was simple and it has worked faultlessly since. Extremely pleased with the speed of delivery and quality of the phone from Handtec. I would certainly recommend this company. Thank you Handtec

Phone works great. Strangely, your categorisation of Good/Excellent for the phone you have kindly sold me does not seem to match the same critera for the phone you kindly accepted for recycling. It would seem sensible to me for you to apply the same criteria for sales as for purchases. Thanks for my 'new' phone, which works fine.

This is the Second time in 6 months that I have purchased the iPhone 13 from Handtec. Both phones were described as been in Pristine condition. Both were in a condition that I could only describe as brand new. I could not find any mark on any of them. A long battery life also. A rapid delivery time which was great. I have purchased 3 phones in total from Handtec they are company I trust and only use.
