Cheapest I could find on the Internet, so I was a little worried. The phone came quickly, it was immaculate and up to now it's been working spot on. I will definitely be using this company again.

I brought the iPhone 12 mini for my Mum after her phone broke and she nearly cried. She was absolutely over the moon! The phone was exactly as listed and was in immaculate condition and works perfectly! Thank you so much for making my Mum so happy! Would definitely make a purchase again!

Used this company for years for my mobiles and always had the best service and phone quality. Never once had an issue. Highly recommended and my absolute go to as a mobile phone company.

I bought 2 Samsung S20 's one for each son. The company apologised by email quickly that it didn't have a colour. I wasn't bothered because of phone cases would cover them. They offered a better one at the same price, both phones were like new. I will use this company again and I highly recommend to anyone. Jon

Very pleased with my purchase but postage let them down.very happy with the phone i purchase and customer service.well done will definitely use your company again if needed.A very happy customer thanks Tony H.

I didn’t get the 12 Pro as it was out of stock but was offered a pristine 12 instead and it appears to be a brand new phone so very happy. Good communication throughout and very quick delivery. Great company.

Great phone in perfect condition only one small issue I ordered it in red and it came in black but to be honest it is in such good condition I cannot grumble

Very fast delivery. Sold as pristine & it certainly is in pristine condition! I am so so pleased with it. The 2nd phone I have purchased from you & can’t fault anything.

Very good quality and efficient service. I would strongly recommend Handtec to anyone thinking of buying a refurbished iPhone. The website was very clear in the description of my buying options and next day delivery was a big bonus.

The phone is a gift for Christmas so I haven’t seen it in action, but it looks immaculate, like brand new. I’ve bought all of our families phones from here in the last 10 years, so I know it will be perfect.

The Green iPhone 12 arrived in a timely manner, quite well wrapped and boxed. It works perfectly. The marks are not visible especially once a protective case is put on. So far so good and would use Handtec to buy more products in the future

This is my 4th purchase from handtec, I have never had a problem with my phones, other than when I drop them🙈 Refurbished phones are the best, no one knows if its new or refurbished so why pay Extra. I find contracts work out so much for expensive, this way I can upgrade my phone after a year

I’ve only had it a day. It took a long time to transfer my WhatsApp and proved nearly impossible to pair my hearing aids, but once that was all up and running it has been perfect!

Always wary of refurbished products. However this phone is perfect looks like a new phone. I’ve added a screen protector and got and case so it looks the business now. Thankyou

My old phone S20FE packed up suddenly. I needed a phone quickly and at a reasonable price. I opted for the S22 which is a pretty basic phone in looks but has all the new added features of most of the latest samsung models. My only issue is the size of the phone my old one was slightly bigger to hold this is very neat by comparison. Nevertheless I'm sure I'll get used to it. My only gripe was the post. It took 4 days to arrive and when you are without a phone that seems like a lifetime.

Great customer experience from Handtec, there prices are way lower than the competition. i phone Pro Max Gold 128GB in good condition but honestly I’d rate this as excellent no marks on it anywhere. 85% battery health.. a total bargain tbh :)

Arrived quickly and well packaged to replace the same model that had died on me a couple of days previously. I had a tech query and used the online chat, which was very helpful. It turned out it was me, and not a fault with the phone! I'm very happy to recommend to friends and family and will be back for my next phone when I need one!

I am 17 and If anyone is looking for a second-hand phone , GET ONE FROM HANTECH , the one I have right now which is an 11 is just like a brand new phone , Speaker’s work properly, Battery go up to 100% , FACE ID WORKS !! . I could go on because I was really suspicious and I was just going through the reviews and I was a bit scared but thankfully I took the risk. HIGHLY recommend

I bought this as a gift for a dear friend whose iPhone is way overdue for replacement. Really great service and next day delivery. Item literally was as described. Better in fact. It looks like new. Thank you. You’re now my first choice supplier of used equipment. I wish you every success.

I wasn't sure about buying a refurbished phone, but decided to go ahead and get one. The phone is in excellent condition and works perfectly, i wouldn't hesitate to order one again in the future

It was really to order, came on the day it said it would. The only issue I have is that it’s got a message on settings that won’t go away. I found out after i brought it that the screen been replaced with a new one. Apple don’t like this sort of thing so I feel that they should tell you that the phone has got replaced items on it and list them so that people know before they buy.

Great phone...as described and very quick to be delivered. Have bought from Handtec before and bought another for my wife the following week. It too was great. Handtec highly recommended.

I bought this phone to replace one that was faulty. It was described as “excellent “ and I am pleased to say that it was immaculate, had 100% battery health and was virtually unmarked. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from handtec again or recommend them to others.
