cant fault handtec my phone arrived within 48 hours , the phone was in good nick except for a crack in the rear of phone which handtec say it was down to postage i believe them as they had me take photos of phone and packaging details .paid a good price for phone .now i have a case for the iphone xr you cannot see the crack and iam pleased with my purchase, will use firm again in the future.
