I’ve only had it a day. It took a long time to transfer my WhatsApp and proved nearly impossible to pair my hearing aids, but once that was all up and running it has been perfect!

I didn’t get the 12 Pro as it was out of stock but was offered a pristine 12 instead and it appears to be a brand new phone so very happy. Good communication throughout and very quick delivery. Great company.

Great phone in perfect condition only one small issue I ordered it in red and it came in black but to be honest it is in such good condition I cannot grumble

The Green iPhone 12 arrived in a timely manner, quite well wrapped and boxed. It works perfectly. The marks are not visible especially once a protective case is put on. So far so good and would use Handtec to buy more products in the future

This is my 4th purchase from handtec, I have never had a problem with my phones, other than when I drop them🙈 Refurbished phones are the best, no one knows if its new or refurbished so why pay Extra. I find contracts work out so much for expensive, this way I can upgrade my phone after a year

My old phone S20FE packed up suddenly. I needed a phone quickly and at a reasonable price. I opted for the S22 which is a pretty basic phone in looks but has all the new added features of most of the latest samsung models. My only issue is the size of the phone my old one was slightly bigger to hold this is very neat by comparison. Nevertheless I'm sure I'll get used to it. My only gripe was the post. It took 4 days to arrive and when you are without a phone that seems like a lifetime.

I am 17 and If anyone is looking for a second-hand phone , GET ONE FROM HANTECH , the one I have right now which is an 11 is just like a brand new phone , Speaker’s work properly, Battery go up to 100% , FACE ID WORKS !! . I could go on because I was really suspicious and I was just going through the reviews and I was a bit scared but thankfully I took the risk. HIGHLY recommend

I wasn't sure about buying a refurbished phone, but decided to go ahead and get one. The phone is in excellent condition and works perfectly, i wouldn't hesitate to order one again in the future

It was really to order, came on the day it said it would. The only issue I have is that it’s got a message on settings that won’t go away. I found out after i brought it that the screen been replaced with a new one. Apple don’t like this sort of thing so I feel that they should tell you that the phone has got replaced items on it and list them so that people know before they buy.

I had been looking for a replacement phone for a few weeks, and found Handtec, the website was very helpful, I found a Samsung S20. I was on a budget and there was a make an offer tab I made a reasonable offer which was accepted. The phone was in pristine condition and I'm very happy with it, I will definitely make Handtec my first choice in future also I will recommend them to friends and family.

I bought this phone to replace one that was faulty. It was described as “excellent “ and I am pleased to say that it was immaculate, had 100% battery health and was virtually unmarked. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from handtec again or recommend them to others.

I can't fault the phone. I've always liked Samsung so I expected to be happy with the phone. Of course it is refurbished rather than new . . . so I think k I had to take a risk. It's early days yet, but I'm delighted with the quality.

I am so impressed, I bought an ‘excellent’ level iPhone 12 and it has been faultless. I cannot imagine what the pristine category is like. The delivery was very fast, have absolutely no complaints at all!

Ordered a "pristine condition" Galaxy S10. It arrived the following day and looking at it, it's impossible to tell it wasn't brand new, boxed and fresh from the factory. 1/3rd of the current "new" price and the only difference is you don't get to remove the plastic film. I'm done buying new phones - let someone else take the hit and save yourself a huge amount of cash in the process.

I have never had an iPhone before so it has taken a little bit of time to get used to, but I love it. I have to comment that this phone looks like brand new not reconditioned. I would highly recommend this company. My daughter recommended them to me and I am delighted that she did. Excellent.

Phone in excellent condition , prompt delivery and a fair price. It is also better for the environment to recycle and upcycle phones and gadgets in general. I'm pleased to have a very nice pre-loved phone.

Fast delivery. Condition was better than expected. I chose a phone for my daughter that was in ‘Good’ condition. The screen was in pristine condition and the only scratches on the body of the phone were on one corner which are now covered by a case. Great experience purchasing from this company.
