I am 17 and If anyone is looking for a second-hand phone , GET ONE FROM HANTECH , the one I have right now which is an 11 is just like a brand new phone , Speaker’s work properly, Battery go up to 100% , FACE ID WORKS !! . It was really to order, came on the day it said it would. The only issue I have is that it’s got a message on settings that won’t go away. I found out after i brought it that the screen been replaced with a new one. Apple don’t like this sort of thing so I feel that they should tell you that the phone has got replaced items on it and list them so that people know before they buy.

I hadn't heard of 'Handtec' and was alittle dubious, well you hear so much about 'refurbished online suppliers', well let me dispell any quarms you may have. . . my Galaxy S9+ graded as 'excellent' is just that, pop it into a case to protect it and everyone I've shown it to is well empressed. So dither nomore and bite the bullet you won't regret it AND you'll save more than a 'Bob or two!'

Ordered a "pristine condition" Galaxy S10. It arrived the following day and looking at it, it's impossible to tell it wasn't brand new, boxed and fresh from the factory. 1/3rd of the current "new" price and the only difference is you don't get to remove the plastic film. I'm done buying new phones - let someone else take the hit and save yourself a huge amount of cash in the process.

Excellent service. The phone I ordered arrived quickly and it works perfectly. There was a sight issue in that it hadn’t been unlocked as I had expected but this was resolved within minutes of me contacting the company. Will 100% use them again in the future. I’ve bought reclaimed phones in the past from another company and there was always issues with battery life or something but there’s none of that this time.
