In the past, I have had six or seven Bernini fountains. Some of them were Battery and several were Electric. I’ve never had a problem before and have always loved them.

I was surprised that I did not receive the nozzle that was originally included with my hose. This nozzle is nice and it does not leak like the previous 3 nozzles that were sent to me. But it does not match my moss green hose, which is not that big of a deal. I was just hoping to get the original nozzle that came with the hoses that I ordered through QVC. It is cheaply made. The bronze finish is inconsistent and flakes off easily. The arms do not stay in place. They fall back down. The bowls are just plastic drink bottles with the side cut off. How they are secured is with a bolt and huge washer to hold it in. It is not worth anywhere near the price, and I could probably make one that would be way better.

I have had three metal hoses of which one leaked and was replaced with one that the metal hose came damaged in spots. This last one I recently purchased, the nozzle leaked which was replaced. I also purchased a fountain several years ago and had to replace the battery twice and it does not work now. I probably won’t be buying from your company again.
