I didn’t realize that the fountain would only run for a short period each day. Also, the height of the water “fountain” is so low that unless one is standing right next to it you can’t even tell that it is a fountain. Overall, a disappointment.

Took too long for the order to process though much appreciate customer service resolving that problem. When it got here, it was packaged inside a Styrofoam type material that clung to everything. It was difficult trying to clear off the feeder and it left a mess of little bubbles. This can't be good for the environment and while the shipping got the product here in one piece there had to be a better way. I'm still cleaning off the feeder and trying to to pick up the Styrofoam so no birds or wild...
