Since I had this hose since April QVC would not take it back even though I did not need to water my lawn before then. I called Bernini and they were excellent. They exchanged a different hose that works on the sprinkler for me. Unfortunately, it was only 50 feet long not the 75 that I needed so that sort of worthless also but it is a very nice hose.

It's been the worst experience ever finally found something I like, but it doesn't work. Instead of working for six hours it works for five minutes and all of a sudden now it just stopped working. This is besides the fact that there is blemishes and dents and different multicolors throughout what a poor design.
