I love this fountain! It was really easy to assemble and set up in my yard (versus my previous concrete birdbath which almost killed me when I tried to move it). Since I live in the heat of Texas, I was concerned about "baby sitting" the water level to make sure the pump didn't burn out. I indicated at the beginning of this review that I loved the pump. And why not? It's one of the important parts in making my water fountain look beautiful. The ONLY critique I feel I should give is to have a "live" person answer the telephone calls. No one ever seems to be available. Customer Service: First of all, thank you very much for sending replacement hoses for the two I had purchased that both were defective. Unfortunately, however, I have not hooked either of them up yet primarily because it's been so hot in Utah (20 days in July ABOVE 100 DEGREES) that I'm making do with the rubber hoses I resorted to before you were so kind to me with the replacements. I love the fountain. It's so refreshing to sit and listen to the "dancing water". The instructions to make it work however, are far from good. I spend an hour trying to get the two screws out of the unit to put the batteries in. I finally emailed and called your support people to get instructions or a return label before I broke it.
