I bought my first set of bernini's off of QVC. I love them but the ones I just bought off of you aren't the same as the first ones I bought. You need to go back to making them the way you did. I can't water my yard with them and if I can't do that then they are of no use to me. That is the main reason I buy them. I may have to go back to the regular garden hoses from the store.

I was excited to find these, but very disappointed to find that the timer feature does not work on these. I ordered two (2) to replace two Bernini fountain pumps. I was able to turn on the fountains, however, the (B) button (which should blink green to indicate number of hours to run) to set the timer function does not work at all on either pump. So the pumps just run until I manually turn on or off. Unfortunately, I had discarded all packing/shipping materials to try and return.

unit was delivered ok; tracking could have been better; no instructions were provided - I had a two button previously and am unfamiliar with a three button unit; unit works as advertised except for lights. I could not get them to work except for the the very first time I tried. After that - no way. With no instructions I have a problem trying to figure out why.
