The Bernini Bellare fountain is beautifully made. I had ordered two of these fountains thru Tiktok and they were defective. The pump motor did not work and I returned both of them. The 3rd fountain I ordered direct from Bernini and this one works perfect.

Very ingenious design. Light and foldable which makes it easy to use. The assembly is pretty easy, instructions are helpful. The canvas body on mine was separated at the side seam. Called customer service and they are sending a replacement. I really like this company and their products and the Customer Service exceeds expectations. I have several other products including 2 battery powered fountains!! Love Them!

I cannot share a picture/video because it’s winter and the outside water is turned off. I have your hose for 2-3 years now and just love it. It’s so light to handle, doesn’t kink and very useful for women. I bought 2 women in our Family one also and they were so happy and couldn’t wait to try them out in the spring.

Purchase fountain from QVC in January 2025. Setup in June. Original part went bad and I had to pay for this part even though parts were guaranteed for a year. Bernini did not honor their warranty. I had no choice but to purchase the part otherwise the fountain was useless.

Unfortunately, I don't have a photo of our new fountain, but so far I am very happy with it. A quick start guide would be appreciated, as we had some challenges getting it started. My experience with my 75 ft hose and new nozzle has been very positive. I already had a hose from this company before but the new nozzle us my favorite. It is easy to use...doesn't hurt my hand and you can hold a number of different ways to adapt to watyu are spraying. It is powerful as well. I highly recommend this item.

Thank you for replacing the cracked nozzle. The new one looks great and works well. We absolutely love the Bernini hoses, we got rid of all the plastic stuff that didn't last OR work well. I bought one for myself when I first saw it on QVC and my husband made fun of it, said there's no way that it's better than his. Well, he found out they ARE better and we only use them. They're sturdy, weather doesn't destroy them, easy to use and to put up. Winner!!!

The hose nozzle was delivered with a crack in it. I called customer service. The agent was very helpful and patient. He clearly explained what the process was and said my replacement would be sent out. I received a confirmation email and an email when the item shipped. It arrived within a few days. This was a replacement part for a fountain we purchased last year, which we love. It was still under warranty, customer service was excellent and the replacement part was sent out in a very timely manner. The original part was not faulty, we live in Arizona, very hot and water is very hard, we used it a lot but due to harsh conditions, it just did not have as long as a life span as a more moderate climate might have!

After having some problems with one of the two water pumps in this fountain Bernini sent me a replacement pump, which also did not work, and then sent me a new "y-connecter" determining that the electrical connection wasn't working properly. The pumps both work now and I'm enjoying my dancing fountain! One of the 4 lights also stopped working but I can live with it.

Fountain is simple to assemble, light and easy to move but sturdy enough to stay in place, and just the right height and size for my project. My only complaint, and it is a very minor one, is that the batteries that were supposed to be included were not.

The replacement pump works well -2 issues though. First it didn’t come with instructions, nor does the site have instructions for the 2 button feature. 1 button is on and off, the second is for how many hours the pump will run daily. I think I figured it out by trial and error. Second, the pump is a larger diameter than the original pump. I had to cut my pump base with a hacksaw to get it to sit in the base. Despite the issues I still enjoy the end result. Thank you.
