Your instruction booklet made it fairly easy to put the fountain together. The battery box was a challenge as the booklet doesn't really say if the screws should come all the way out or if they only need to be loosened until the top and bottom of the battery box can be pulled apart. My only suggestion if indeed the screws only need to be loosened is that you update the instructions to say this. I had them loosened and I was trying to pull them all the way out, but they would not pull out so I fi...

This is replacing a previous Bernini fountain that I owned for years and it withstood the AZ heat all that time. This one is a little larger than the one before but it still provides the wonderful sound and running water for the birds. Only con I would add is you have to use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment now which I didn’t have to with the previous one.

We like the product and it was on sale. We ordered this because the original bowl broke when assembling. We phoned Bernini and the agent said she tried assembling and it didn’t break so we broke it. We have assembled at least 3 of your fountains that we ordered from Bernini. We are disappointed that we were not given the benefit of the doubt, especially with your written guarantee. We were charged for the replacement bowl. Again, we are disappointed and have lost confidence in Bernini.
