The fact that it is so flexible and doesn't kink is its major advantage. It's easier to maneuver and control than a rubber hose. The pressure is adequate. It is tricky to coil and twists itself up when the pressure releases. The ball valve control leaked after a few uses. Bernini sent a new hose (which I would not expect!), and the first time I used it, the new one leaked even worse. I will be contacting them about it. I would recommend it nonetheless.

This is a replacement hose, and I am hopeful that I will not have an issue as I had experienced issues with the expandable hose. Other Berini hoses I have purchased I really like, and I have had for a couple of years. They are light weight and easy to move around my yard. I do appreciate that Bernini sent a replacement for the expandable hose as it leaked near the Nosel and hopefully it doesn't do that with the replacement.

I purchased the hose through QVC so when the nozzle quit working ( in two months) I was instructed to contact Bernini directly. That took several days and phone messages until I reached customer service. A new hose was sent as a replacement but instead of sending a 25’ hose, as requested, they sent a 50’ hose! I live in a patio home not a ranch! That said, the customer service agent was trying ! 😧

I still have the new pump. It's the second one I had to get this year. The newer fountain the pump died and the older one works but I can not adjust it at all. Have to remove the batteries to turn it off. But it stays on for about 4 hours. I'll use the new one one this one is done. It will be any day now. It too bad I have to order pumps for fountains that are relatively new. The pump that comes with it should last at least 2 or 3 seasons.
