I love this mask accept for 3 minor things. The 1st is that there are no small LED’s in the area in between the upper lip and nose. As a 58 year old I would love to address the lip lines that happen when drinking out of straws for many years. I love how many lights are on the mask but I dislike how the nose piece is split into 2. The battery box I got was completed scratched upon arrival, for $550 I would have expected that clear protective cover to be removed upon box opening. The delivery went perfectly; the packaging is flawless. However, after being put into operation for the second time, the transformer failed. There was a small explosion sound, and it stopped working completely. I checked with another transformer and confirmed that the problem was indeed with the transformer and not with the device. I have used Red + Near IR LED mask from other manufacturers and honestly I cannot tell the difference in results. I have used Lumara LED panel for 2 weeks and mask from other manufacturer for 6 months. The biggest advantage is that Lumara panel requires only 5 minutes at P5 setting and I use other mask for 20-30 minutes every other day. I like the ability to set timer and adjust light levels. I use the panel for pain relief in my lower back. I will often fall asleep during treatment. The controller also allows for all options this panel can preform. Fairly straightforward in operation without a manual. I have used the mask now now daily for three weeks, 20 minutes on the morning and the evening on strongest light! Yes my skin is radiant and I see a huge difference and also any blemishes I had are now gone.
