Red light therapy is the best. I love that it not only makes me look better, but improves the actual health of my skin.

I love my viso but I do have one concern. There is an air bubble in my mask that I bothers me when the mask is on, I can feel move and sometimes it makes a crackle sound. Not sure if this is normal or may be a defect with my mask. Please advise.

This product is not on the FDA’s approved devices list. It is not cleared with the FDA. The word they use “certified” is not a thing - go look it up on the FDA website. I asked for a refund on my return but they have not issued one. I paid to return it and I bought it under false pretenses.

Finally!! A better way to use the LED treatment panel! I purchased the Arch Handle IMMEDIATELY! Thank you! I am using the panel more for in room treatments now!!

I've been using blue light for 10 mins every night. Loving the effects on my skin. My inflammation and oily skin was decreased immeasurably.

Contact your customer when the product is out of stock and on back order. So the customer is aware of the delay. It took me about two months to get my order. No email or someone from the company contacted me. I had to call numerous times to get an update. Not happy the way I was treated as a customer.

I just started using the panel and can't wait to see results!

Our second light mask. We love it!

The connection of the cord to the panel is loose and constantly needs to be adjusted to turn the red light back on. It randomly stops and won’t turn back on until a variable amount of time passes. The panel does not seem overheated when this occurs and unplugging and replugging everything does not solve the issue. I feel like there must be an internal issue. Super annoying to stop in the middle of a session

The description led me to believe these let at least some vision thru., "extra dark...blocking up to 95% of visible light." What I recieved were solid black silicone, there is no lens. So they do protect your eyes, but it's the same as wearing a blindfold.

Great red light mask!

On the first day, I was satisfied, but when I used it the second day, I ended up with a burn on my face that completely disappeared only the next day. I panicked, of course, and reused the mask after a few good days, but I am dissatisfied. Moreover, I tried to contact the company for a retouch, and no one is responding. I do not recommend this company. I could not express enough that I am very disappointed.

I love my Lumara and I see a difference already. Been using it for about 3 weeks.

I like the mask, but I’ve had it for less than a month and the eye protectors are starting to tear. For the amount of money I paid it should come with extra eye protectors.

Can already see a difference in my dark spots.

I tried to cancel this order because it hadn't shipped after two weeks with no notification from you. You said you could cancel it and refund me. But you didn't you shipped it and ghosted me instead.
