This is just what my wife wanted and is very happy with receiving this as a b-day gift. Much more convenient compared to a hand-held unit she was using. She is using her new VISO daily and loves it!!!

I absolutely love it. So many other masks haven’t fit my small face, this one is perfect, comfortable, and dare I say… fashionable?? Looking forward to seeing a change in my skin!

A++ service from illuminate! Ive used this panel regularly for over two years and love it. The backing was separating and they shipped me a replacement free of charge. Well worth the investment.

With 10+ years in the skin care industry I can say this panel is truly one of the best around. I've purchased 4 so far and will definitely be buying more for my practice.

Loving my Illuminate, and Green LED. I have a couple of patients with acne that would like to come in a couple of times a day for a 5-minute treatment on the Illuminate.

I have used several LED masks and none have worked remotely as good. I saw results within 2 weeks of fine lines softening and skin brightness.

Well made panel. Like the five modes, timer, and case. Not certain of skin benefits yet, but have noticed an immediate and unexpected improvement in eyesight and night vision.

The shipping to canada had problems . And it was really hard to contact you by Email/ chatbox. You did’nt reply. Only way to contact is phone. But finally, you can solve the problem. I receive the mask. thank you so much. The product is good A little heat can feel.

This product is absolutely amazing. I had a different, very expensive mask from another company and this one blows it out of the water!!

I like that this has even coverage and I’m pleased with how I look and feel after using Lumara. They say the sweet spot is 20 minutes, but I wish there was more information on the light settings for optimum results.

I’ve only used it for a week but for 10 minutes daily since my skin is sensitive. I will up the minutes to 20 in the next week. Love how my skin is starting to look and I even got a compliment today, saying my face was glowing. The only issue is that I have a small face so it’s a struggle to adjust and I’m using a cotton pad on my nose because it leaves a mark. Have to use it more to see the best results.

It is too early to notice any difference. I’m actually wondering how/when will I know it’s working. I like the warmth & break I get. I wish it was longer.

I love the mask because I am seeing good results of the fading of brown spots. The pad is helping with my chronic back pain.

It has lots of LEDs in comparison to other similar products on the market.. it appears that it has to be charged in between each us. I read others feedback about the longevity of this product in that it doesnt last long. I am hoping this is not true. Only time will tell. I would be extremely dissatisfied if this product doesn’t last long with the cost of the product. I will have to evaluate this again over time. My first impressions are positive at this point in time.

So far so good! Im looking forward to see before and after photos in 30,60, 90 days after daily use of the mask.

The pad arrived in great condition. We plan on using it to stimulate our mitochondria where we experience sore muscles or pain.

It doesn’t fully cover the face. Not sure if I’ve had it long enough to say that it works but I do like it and it throws off light and heat

Very disappointed in use of product. Went to my skin care person and she saw no improvement in my skin. Paid $1,800.00 don’t think it was worth it.

I upgraded from a different red light mask, and this one is top tier. I enjoy the different settings, and the mask is so comfortable to wear.
