If you deal with low energy, brain fog, and are tired of caffeine jitters definitely give this a try! It tastes great by itself and has some of the best ingredients I’ve seen in any product (straight from nature)! Can’t say that about any pre workout powders. I love Rone, it’s a great product when I don’t want to feel over stimulated. It taste clean, it gives me an adequate amount of energy for my workouts so I don’t feel like I’m crashing later in the day. I’ve tried a couple other honey gels and Rone is by far my favorite tasting. My wife and I love taking these for our HIIT and cardio workouts. I'm digging the Rhone Supercharged honey with 100mg of caffeine. I've used it 4 times at the beginning of a 2/3 hour pickleball session or tournament. I love honey....and caffeine, so it's a win for me. The 200 mg original is a big strong on the mushroom flavor so I lean toward the flavored packets. I find it takes a solid 30 -45 min to feel the effects but when I do, my brain feels better. I can mentally push through my long runs with the boost. Bravo, Rone!
