It has been an excellent experience so far. I am just concerned that they're changing the ingredients to more of an industry standard. I switched to Rone because it was different and worked well for me. We'll see how well Rone continues to work for me with the ingredient changes. I definitely will not be buying four bags of the new mixture like I just did of the current mixture.

Update to the original review below. The customer service of this company is second to none, they reached out to me almost immediately after i posted my review and did everything they could to make me a happy customer. Rone is amazing.
The product is great, love that its healthy and provides a boost when needed. My complaint is out of 3 bags ordered 1 was a mess inside and the packets were all sticky and covered in honey...very messy.
