I was looking for something natural and to get away from energy drinks. On my runs I was looking for a little something to give me a boost when I hit “the wall” been very effective. Amazing product

Living in Florida it's great to have a quick way to get a pick me up! We both play pickleball & enjoy kettlebell training. Doing both you need a way to get energy & have a way to have such a thing in a compact package. Rone gives us both! This is a fantastic product It tastes good and is natural and affordable. I am a 47 year old competitive foil fencer 🤺 and Rone Supercharged Honey is ALWAYS in my fencing bag with my equipment. It gives me quick energy, and zero stomach discomfort. I am so glad I gave this product a try and keep extra with me to share with other fencers bc it’s THAT good.

I do 5am workouts due to family and a demanding job. The pre-workout sold in the stores definitely woke me up but it made me feel weird and uncomfortable afterwards. I wanted something more natural. RONE hits right. Gives you the little boost without the weird uncomfortable feeling post workout. I will be buying more for longer runs too.

I not only used these for my portion of Salt to Saint but handed them out to a few if my friends and they were a hit. Not only for the most boost I for the taste. The natural honey can’t be beat. I highly recommend this product.

Love RONE! 4 mornings a week i do hiit workouts at my bjj gym, plus rolling after but between sessions I refuel w/RONE and really feel I benefit from the clean energy boost! I use a few supplements regularly creatine, protein, and now RONE is permanently in the rotation!

I’d like to commend Rone for providing an interesting and suitable alternative to a morning wake-up routine. Coffee wasn’t clicking with me and tea just wasn’t enough. A friend recommended Rone and I decided to try it out. I was concerned about jitters and nervousness from the caffeine but surprisingly, and not overtly, gave me the boost I needed at 6:00 AM. Classic flavor is a good start and if it’s crystallized it’s like hitting the jackpot. Thanks for the alternative option!

Great product, 10/10. Not a coffee guy but was looking for something with natural ingredients to boost my energy and Rone more than fit the bill. The travel packets are perfect and who doesn't love the taste of honey. My advice to potential buyers out there: buy it at $2 a pack why you can because it's not going to be at that price for much longer.

I’m training for a marathon and i’m new to this so trying to find fuels that work, Don’t mess with my stomach and give me a little kick. These are PEEFECT i need a restock ASAP!

It’s a clean and reliable pre-workout fuel for running 3-5 miles with my boy. It provides steady energy and supports my endurance, helping me stay on track with my Half Marathon training. I’ll definitely continue recommending it to family and friends. An awesome product!

Definitely packs a punch going to have to try it on a bunch of different foods. Taste is great too, pretty close to normal honey but you really feel the energy. I sweat like crazy in thr gym

Rone has been my go-to refuel during my runs. I’m 220lbs and run 60-80 miles weekly. I am having to refueling less frequently compared to other gels and supps. Taste is great and the Himalayan salt really does wonders. 10/10.

Admittedly, I was skeptical. That changed with my first packet used for my preworkout before my weightlifting session. Even my personal trainer noticed! I was on fire, in a great way. This week I hit the trail for marathon training and Rone is going with me! Can’t wait to try the plain honey next! I’ve already recommended this to my trainer! Unbelievable addition to my morning routine. Made the switch from traditional preworkout as I was looking for something clean, effective, and without the crash. Immediately this has become by go to in the morning with a splash of coffee. You feel locked in, energized, and dynamic. Raspberry vanilla is my personal favorite, but have had the classic caffeinated and can say it’s just as solid. Look forward to being a continued customer for a long time!

The raw honey texture with a hint of apple and cinnamon has to be my favorite flavor by far. If I could tweak anything I would add more apple cinnamon taste into it, i like the subtle hint, but a tad bit more would be right on the money! Yall rock, keep crushing it!

I’m using RONE now for a few months and LOVE it! I’ve given away dozens to my riding friends as well, and a number of them have ordered their own. I'm so happy I decided to try Rone+. I'm early on in my running journey but have been needing to feel fueled prior to my work outs and and during, and this is perfect. It's sits well in my stomach, its not gooey, and it's really tasty. I will continue to buy it since they are clean products and taste so good.

Absolutely loving these so far. They’re great for a quick pick me up on the go, as a snack when you get a craving or even in my coffee or tea.

RONE honey is my go-to pick me up. Sometimes it’s gets me started in the morning and sometimes i use it to keep me going in the afternoon. It’s good straight from the package!

Everything was great. Taste and ease of use during the race. I was a little concerned about the thickness of the gel and the packaging at first. I tape the gels to my top tube on my bike at that little seam and rip them open as I keep pedaling, shove the package in my mouth and bite down and pull it out. Don’t change anything!

One RONE+ pack was all the fuel I needed to tackle my first ever Hyrox race!! (Also my first race period). I’m a lifter, but this was my first ever race and I didn’t feel like I was going to gas out at all during this. The lions mane definitely helped me keep my focus off of my exhaustion and on my next station! The salt and honey mixture was INCREDIBLE for keeping my hydration up throughout the race!

I really like the Rone Nutrition. We've been using it during a hiking trip of several national parks in southern California. (See Badwater Basin in Death Valley pic). It's the perfect gentle boost to finish a hot hike, no jitters tastes yummy.

Trying this raw honey energy gel Before a 5000 feet climb allowed me to notice how important clean gels are. I noticed an immediate sense of clarity and felt very pleased with the taste of the gel. I always have rone in my ski pack for backcountry tours. I love having the option of both caffeinated and caffeine free. I recently used the caffeinated one on an early morning tour, and it gave me the same light & clean energy with a little extra boost. I use these both pre and mid ski to keep my energy up. Highly recommend and the texture and taste is 💯
