It takes a little getting used to a powder rather than crystals, and adjusting the taste buds! Great to have the taste without the guilt of high sodium diet It was a great idea of yours to offer the shakers. I bought enough to give to my family and friends. Now they are more willing to try it.

OK, been using it now for a few months, had to try it first, to say what I think about the green salt, getting used to the taste now, and I like it. not that heavy salt flavor but good taste I gave a bag to a friend's daughter, she loves the salt and will be ordering it.

I recently received my first order of green salt, and I tested it on my popcorn and I think it’s an excellent replacement. I did not find that I had to use more than traditional salt for the same saltiness. Salt flavor seems very pronounced to me so I suggest new users use it sparingly at first. Now I am working on putting it into my cooking routine. It’s not something you will put in a shaker but it can be added at the end of preparation. I like it.

We do like the salt. I bought two, one for our home and one for my sickly elderly neighbor. The flavor is good. It is of course like salt but has an earthy flavor to it. I find it similar to seaweed flavors but not exact. We will use this on special occasions as it really is a lot for our budget. I plan to use it on garden fresh veggies this season.

A way for me to have salty without so much potassium. Green salt is not salty enough for me personally but I like the lower sodium for a bigger spread of salt.

Haven't really been able to give you proper review yet, I really like your Green Salt although I think it's an "acquired taste". What's up with the recurring 'puff' of powder that comes out of the bag? I gave a bag to a friend & she asked me the same thing. Would like to see a smaller package at a lower price.

You definitely need to add double the amount to reach the saltiness of table salt. That said, the taste is good with no after taste. It speaks of the sea which is a good flavor on most foods. If with twice the amount and only half the sodium is tested and true, it is a great salt substitute. The price, however, with shipping is steep.

I recently ordered Green Salt, and have very pleased with it so far. I haven't had the opportunity to use it very often as of yet, but it does work well on potatoes and veggies. I like that it adds a layer of umami flavor to the food you are using it on, and, of course, I love the fact that it's so low in sodium.

I like the flavor, it is salty. I have been experimenting on how to best use it. It is not a finishing salt solution, no crunch. The powdered texture lends itself to lard bread, the the baking flattened out the salty-ness. I have liked as a last minute addition to soups and stews, and on eggs and fried foods.

I like the taste and hope that the lower sodium will help my blood pressure. It is almost powdery fine so I have to keep that in mind when using it. I would buy it again.

Green salt can be used to enhance the flavor of most foods. It seems more effective when used as a finishing salt. It’s a great alternative for those who have to restrict their sodium intake.

I like it because I love to use salt but have to be careful with the use. With this green salt I can have my flavor without too much sodium. Love the color too.

It has a nice salt and green flavor. Ive enjoyed it on hard boiled eggs, salads veggies. I probably use more green than regular salt to get the salty flavor.

It is definitely an acquired taste. However, it does what it says it does, lower sodium is excellent for my blood pressure and I would recommend it as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Good product. With a little consideration of when and where to use, GreenSalt can easily compliment your kitchen. I purchased for a friend who loves salt. I mean really loves salt(salts bacon and pizza). He is now whole heartedly an avid customer. Personally, I have already found several recipes that are complimented by this little plant. I encourage all to try this. It most likely won't work for all applications; but definitely will for at least half of them.

Great salt alternative! It will muddy the color of what you’re seasoning, I wouldn’t use it in a cream sauce. It will make you’re food delicious like salt, which is the whole point!

Received my agreement salt as promised. It does have a “green” taste as well as the salty taste. Haven’t used it in any recipes yet to see if it changes the taste of the recipe. It is good on eggs though, which is how I have used it so far. Green eggs!

not impressed ,thought it would be my saving grace, but i'd have to use too much to make it worth my salt habit and its way too expensive for that .i will keep trying it tho maby i will get used to it

I'm definetely a buyer. I love salt, and butter. I think leather could be tasty with enough of both. Having said that, I need to get away from both. This helps a LOT. I use less "shake" than normal, and still get the salt taste. Works on everything I've tried it on with one exception, to date. Eggs. Can't use it on eggs. I get a seaweed (lack another adjective to express this) taste on them. Only reason I'm giving it a 3. And this may change with more use.
